Chandigarh University is really good in placing students in companies and providing a start-up if someone is eyeing for business. It's really good choice and you won't regret it in your future.

The course curriculum is very good here.The subjects are very interesting and covers a wide range of fields from Physics to biology, from Computer programming to computer architecture. There are 2 internal tests and an end semester exam conducted in a semester, along with assignments, quizzes, surprise tests and tutorial tests.

Placements and job opportunities in Chandigarh University is nothing to be worried about. The college grooms a student from first semester itself to excel in placement drives. From professional communication al skills to aptitude every aspect of placement requirements are met here in Chandigarh University. Yes, the college provide internships both internal and external. One can either do internship in CU itself or can opt for internship from any other institute. My overall experience is very good as they never let you down in terms of placement and job offers. day after day various companies visit campus and are offering very good packages. Amazon, Microsoft, Google are some of big names of recruiters in CU.

Events and extra curricular activities are tons and loads of them. Every other day some bollywood celebrity or some big political figure visita our university. Even many cultural, sports, musical etc fests are organised in Chandigarh University. They make sure that talent is not wasted, it doesn't matter what talent a student has.

Fee Structure here in Chandigarh University is bearable. Comparing it with other private universities this may be the cheapest. Any middle class can afford it. Even the facilities of education loan is available in CU.

Scholarship can be availed on the basis of 12th marks ans JEE scores. The scholarship starts from 85% marks in 12th and above. It varies from 10% to 100% of tution fees. Education loan facility is also available and can be easily availed from university.

Extra curricular activities are conducted on regular basis here in Chandigarh University. Various competitions are organised From technical to non-technical every type of activities are carried out. Labs are fine out here not so great. Air conditioning in computer labs are not that good. Library is very good. every block has a separate library and the university has 14 blocks. All kinds of sports are played in CU right from baseball to cricket. No need to worry about sports.

Yes, I have opted for hostel facility. Hostel is pretty moderate. The food is not so great here. Rest assured everything is fine. The hostel fees is very much affordable but rooms are not so spacious. They fit 4 students in a size of 2. So be self satisfied before opting for hostel facility.

The alumni network of Chandigarh University is pretty strong. They visit the campus regularly and provide the juniors with important tips and experience about their journey. Even the seniors are very helpful and always there for you. Ragging and all are nothing to be worried about, Seniors are really friendly and no such act is performed here.

On the basis of 10+2 marks a student can enroll himself/herself in Chandigarh University if he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria. I Got admission on the basis of optional scholarship test and on the basis of 12th marks.

The faculty of college is pretty good, infact Chandigarh University is one of those few universities which has maximum number of doctoral degree professors. Even they are very helpful, they really help the students in their doubts, projects etc.
