Remarks
The only thing which I don't like is that the main entrance door of the block closes at 9:30 in the morning so don't be late. Also some places construction is going on but on the positive side they have so many companies and opportunity to watch out for.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is good. I have a specialization with IBM and some subjects. Are taught by them and the rest with the Chandigarh university facility. Examination is good and we have 2 mst and 1 final exam
Placement Experience
Placement is on the top notch. For the computer science background only more than 300 company visit. The number is increasing and they provide internship some in January or some in 7 semester. Stipend is provided
College Events
All sorts of Events are there in Chandigarh university and the students along with the faculty organize events. We get duty leave for the classes one can also become coordinator of any event which is very helpful
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible as compared to other big brand university they provide a lot of opportunity and one can also opt for semester exchange program for which Chandigarh university pays the fee and one could study abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college provides scholarship to people on the basis of merit like marks in +2 and also on the basis of jee mains marks. Also one can avail scholarship on the basis of a cu test. All types of government scholarship can be availed and also topper. Of each semester is paid money in their account.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are there. Their are various sports which can be played and for all of them various events are organized. Labs are good as we get pc and. Other needed things are provided like any needed software and the equipment
Hostel Facilities
No I did not opt. I am a day scholar but my friends are. Hostel room are good in a basic room one gets ventilated cooler if one wants ac you can get that. Room is cleaned every day as maid comes. Food is fine in most of the hostels.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students were helpful and they guided us during placements and talking about the Chandigarh university alumni we can contact them if we are in any trouble or any problem occurs but they also have a department to resolve such issue.
Admission
By applying online or one could just visit the campus . If one has any query they can ask that on phone or if one wants to see the campus and the hostel one could take the permission and do that also.
Faculty
Faculty is good and is very friendly any sort of problem related to academic or hostel or any such query is resolved easily just need to visit some persons and sign some application if you have some major issue.
