Remarks

Good college with good environment, mainly Bit mangalore is famous with its campus environment and the climate. Bo other negative marks are given and can rate 4/5 . Best Management and good department

Fees and Financial Aid

By submitting the original documents Scholarship are provided as the students must have first class in all the subjects and also karnataka govt provide the arivuoan for studying purposes only.100% scholarship

There are many things inside the campu. Mainly sports is the main activity more than any thing. Best college to support all those things in sports and academics also. Good labs and libraries with experienced faculty

Hostel Facilities

Yeah good facility where they provide everything. Best infrastructure and other facilities .I would like rate out of out for all the things (i.e 5/5) . Providing good home grounds for all the sports and other activities

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Still exist Yes recently i joined the alumini group in whatsapp where almost every batch seniors are there and ready to help anytime and also offers jobs from abroad . This is what needed in the college

Admission

Went through merit list and College admissions offices differ in the components that are most important. All colleges will take a close review of a student's transcript noting the rigor of the courses taken in the five core subjects and the progression of marks earned

Faculty

Good faculties with their high degrees makes each and every student learn very well and helps them to score good marks in all the semester exams and finally makes them placed in good companies. Having good experience

And also the campus provide all facilities and make helps to sports and ration is almost equal of boys and girls

Dislikes

Yes some things are there which I disliked first is the campus is very strict and no function are organised yearly ones or twice is very sad thing as compared to other campus
Second thing is food students facing some problem with the food which hear prepared so outsiders facing lot of problems
Third is about hostel facility is good but very strict only once a week the students should go out side and write leave letter to go there native places.

Placement Experience:

Students got opportunity to eligible after 3rd year mainly in 7th semester students get opportunity for campus interview. In my college the company which came to hire is congizent and microsoft and amezon and dell nearly 80 to 90 company are came. Insights of the Gopalan college of engineering and Management by a First Year Student

Likes

Canteen is fine has nice and tasty food and quite a lot of options
Library is also good has every book related to my course and few others as well
Lab facilities are also very nice and the college has a nice crowd

Dislikes

It's nothing like I expected, they don't let students use the ground or turfs. Facilities are pretty bad.
They charge money for everything and has zero facilities for college students. Everything is for there school students.
College is very small and the faculties are rude to students. (Mostly the case)

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placements from there 7th semester but I wouldn't recommend relying on college for placements. Not many companies come to this college so placements are really bad. If u have skills it would be better to apply to companies on your own. I don't have details on how many students gets placed but as much as I know it's about 30-50 % And average package is also very low. I plan of gaining skills and certification on my own and job hunting myself in 4th year through my connections and internships. Or maybe go abroad for masters As I'm a first year student I don't know much about which companies come and how much they offer.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
