Good college

I could say that I have positive remark regarding my college.the faculty and the facilities which are being provided to us are cool. They do take a lot of interest in shaping students brain .they always aim for better Tomorrow.

Actually I could say that we have been provided with the best syllabus for MSc botany.this year on the basis of first semester we have been given the topic ethanobotany which usually provides information about the medicinal plants and their uses through these medicinnaly imp plants we can even cure deadly diseases like cancer aids and many more and we have been given genetics ,molecular biology regarding biochemistry and all .this syllabus helps us to provide great knowledge which we can use in research works.

Like our college do provide internships but they are mostly for second years . Even other degree college students do come out here for their intern program during their classes placements are provided a lot for marine department they are provided direct jobs after their completion of studies and for my department different colleges do come for selection as lecturer and all.

College celebrations start with freshers party and ends with post graduation party . In the middle science day celebration , international science day ,sports day ,many debate competition ,farewell party and many more events occur.

The fees structure is actually good. The people with good ranks get free seats they need to pay only2000 and they are even provided with the large amounts of scholarship .they even give self finance seats which actually need to pay from40000 to 50000 fees

Actually I don't have any proper knowledge regarding scholarship as i am not eligible for scholarships .but usually students are getting nearly 5000rs scholarship for month I guess . And the students who top in the semester usually get scholarship for amount 20000.

Labs are provided with well equipped machinery for us botany studentswe are assigned four labs. In biochemistry lab and tissue culture lab we are provided with the complete set up like autoclave and all.sporrs are usually conducted on sports day and during any events.

Actually this Friday they are conducting alumini meet for old students. Many old students who across the country and settled outside the country are being invited. Their arrival can prove a lot beneficial to us.as they have seen the world they know the possibilities and different opportunities which are beneficial. Through their sharing knowledge we can plan our future in a right way.

We need to attend the state board exam AUCET. AFTER QUALifing the examination we selected on the basis of our ranks state wide and given particular group in life sciences according to our ranks.In the process of allotment of seats they council first on the basis of cap category ,NSS AND NC categories.later they even consider the physically challenged people for counselling on the basis of the seat allotment these categories were given the primary priority of the seat allotment .then they conduit counselling for all other together on a day considering their rank ,caste ,gender,locality and all.

Faculty which we are been provided are are of truly great people .for our professors subject is everything .they try their level best to provide their complete knowledge to us .they even conduct a lot of seminars and presentations to increase our communications level and also build up confidence in us.
