Course Curriculum Overview

The college provides students with the knowledge of how the body works, the cause and effects of disease, how drugs are made, delivered to and affect the body. They have highly evolved clinical and interpersonal skills and are playing an important role in the pharmacy profession today.

Placement Experience

College does have an active placement cell that continuously and effectively provides placements to students. Some companies like Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Matrix Laboratories Ltd, Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Neuland Laboratories Ltd, Blue Cross Laboratories Ltd, Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd, Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd, Indoco Remedies Ltd,etc come and select the students from the campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is said to be 48.5 k per year, that means for four years of B pharmacy in Lord Shiva College Of Pharmacy can be around 194,000 Rupees. In comparison to other private pharmaceutical colleges the fee of this college can be considered feasible.

Anyone with a 10+2 certifications in the field of Medical or Non Medical is eligible to take admission in Lord Shiva College of Pharmacy for B pharm. Admission would be on the basis of Pharmacy Entrance Test Haryana.

Tremendous campus life.

Placement Experience:

We get campus placements in the 3rd year. We haven't really visited any companies till now... Highest higheat package is 12Lac per annum and average package is 6Lac per annum. Percentage of students getting placements is 80% After getting the degree I'd probably leave this country.

An honest but comprehensive review

Likes

Lab are clean and well maintained,we have availability of almost all chemicals within the laboratory,then we also have the available of all the essential equipment that are required to carryout the experiment,our teachers are incredibly supportive.
The faculty are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in there subjects,they help us to clarify all the doubts if we have any ,apart from that we are provided notes from our faculties for every module,the teachers are also there to help us out .

Dislikes

The washroom are mostly dirty and they are not pretty clean
Placements are not very good they are below average

The curriculum is really comprehensive and helps us to understand the subjects pretty nicely, I choose this course due to the faculty experience and there educational background ,the curriculum doesn't really prepare us that well for real world application,the exams are conducted on regular basis,class tests are also conducted

Evening timing of college are not good .

Good campus and facilities proper cleaning and sanitation
Good student support and coordination nice energy
Proper 60:40 ratio of girls and boys in the classrooms and in the college as well

Dislikes

Near a village so no proper roads and connectivity to the city
Not good parking space outside college and any support from the ends of locals

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cource crurriculum pretty nice and is in compatibility with the general government course instructions everything we learn and we get taught his according to the guidelines provided by the government and the PCI. The course is comprehensive and elaborate the lab services are good enough.

Practical exposure and good learning opportunities.

Likes

Professors in my department are very knowledgeable and helpful.
College provide you the best experience in events and fest. You can participate to enhance your skills.
College have wide variety of clubs and societies to participate and groom yourself.

Dislikes

Fine culture is very bad. Many bouncers roam around to cut your fine for not wearing I'd card,etc.
Hostel food is ok ok. Although keeps on complaining they respond very slowly and not students oriented.
Hostel is not worthy, they didn't respond to students grievance properly, that's why I left hostel

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in B.Pharm are reasonable good but along side we students must focus on developing our own real world skills, the faculty help us to grow with industry ready skills. Good placement options are available in QA,QC, RnD, Pharmacovigilence department. According to me placement cell of KRMU is supportive but they unable to attract good placement packages. Avg package in B.Pharm is around 4-4.5L /year

Lord Shiva college of pharmacy is fullfilled students every desires

This college is serving the welfare of the public since 1983. All the courses are approved by AICTE New Delhi and PCI New Delhi. Affiliated to Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of health sciences Rohtak and Haryana State Board of technical education Panchkula. Best and top college in Haryana. The course curriculum is good. It's not that hectic. It's well planned. The fee structure is feasible in comparison to many pharmaceutical colleges. The first-year fee of B pharm is 66,800 however for the next three years it is decreased. The next three-year fee is 61,800 which at the end of 4 years makes 252,200, which is reasonable and feasible...Read More
