Course Curriculum Overview
The course I study is Bsc petrochemicals. It is the model three course. It is a good course. Only few college have this course. This course contain only 5 papers on each sem. More chances in petrochemical based industry as well as chemical industry.
Placement Experience
Yes our college provides internship. Those who score higher marks and are interested in job are shortlisted. Group discussion and interview are provided. Most of the students got placement in different companies.
College Events
Union day inaguration, department day, sport day, onam, christmas, keralapiravi, cultural fest, arts day, magazine inaguration are the some of the events celebrated in our college. Students have the main role in making the events more energitic.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure varies for different courses. Sem wise fees are applicable. Eventhough there are aided cource, no sem fee is required for such cources. Fee structure are feasible. BTS, BT, CS, Bca, Bba, ba english are some cource that needs fees.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
Our college provides e-grant scolarship. This scolarship is for students who have annual income less than 1 lakh. For obc, st categories. The exam fee are given by govt for the students who have e-grance.
Campus Life
Lab, sports, yoga are provided by college. The condition of lab is good enought. Most of the labs have been reconstructing. Students who are interested in sports are also given consideration. Yoga is another activity that helps to releif the stress of students.
Hostel Facilities
I am not opted for hostel. My house is not as far from college so I don't need hostel facility. Eventhough al-ameen college has hostel facility. Which is very good, food are really nice and have hygiene. It is near to college. I rate 4 star for hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are very helpful. Through alumini network we can meet our super seniors. We can share the experience and the opinion about the course. It is necessary for all college to conduct alumini meet atleast once in year.
Admission
Through Community quota. Those who score higher percentage mark get chance to be listed in the category of students. Muslims are given 6 seats for each course through community quota(muslim quota)though al- ameen college is a muslim college.
Faculty
Al-ameen college is a very nice college. Students those have higher marks are given more prefernce. College consist of both aided and unaided cource. Students are also selected through sports quota. College also aim at sports and cultural activities.

There is no campus placement in the college. No such activities happened there. Other colleges offer such placement programs. Employability depends on each individuals hard-work. They have to get into the outside world and seek for new job opportunities. Mostly the job opportunities are in the private sector for this course. Even though public sector also offers jobs.

The college administration was good and very strict in all ways. So my parents choose this college for my better graduation. I completed my graduation in Botany and Biotechnology bacause I love plants, animals, elements, microbes and the technological ways of their functions.

The college is situated in the heart of Konni city and has a well connected transport system to catersthe traveling needs of the students. The college is situated in a silent, calm and lush green environment. The college has produced several rank holder under the university through its vision of providing quality education.

The college doesn't offer every student a bright future, in fact it is the calibre of the students that garaged this institution as one of the top in the country. The College had made it's name and due to this students with high index mark joins this college. In fact the college is in needy of the students.
Admission
Admission into this college was through 10+2 marks. You need to submit an application online and then you will get the application number and login id and then you need to login at http://admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in You need to pay 350(general) and 150 for SC/ST. Please don't forget to download the fee challan.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides bachelor's and master's degree in arts commerce and science. We are having 2 semester and the weightage is equal.The teachers complete almost all the topics well before time and the syllabus too is keeping pace with the growing time.

The negative remark about oru college is the limited number of faculties. The positive remark is these limited faculties are the best to lightning our way. The practical and theory education is very good and helpful for us

Entrance Preview
I have attended the entrance test for the above course. I found the B.Sc(Ag) course to be highly challenging to develop technological interventions for increasing productivity of crops in Kerala.The test was very impressing since I had made some preparations and I could succeed to score good score( third rank, don't remember the score) in it. No interview was there. The B.Sc (Ag) course was offered in Kerala only in the College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala
Placement Experience
The students who have passed the B.Sc(Ag) course were placed as Junior Agricultural Officer on adhoc basis initially and later on selecetd by the Kerala Public . Service commision and posted on permanent basis in the Department of Agriculture.
