Remarks

Everything was good, teachers and administration. Everyone at College (students, teachers, administration) are very helpful and I am really having the time of my life here. Facilities are excellent. All the teachers and staff were excellent, very helpful all the time.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In the first year we are required to study almost all subjects which sounds good but is actually a burden to most students.most of the syllabus is quite old and needs to be updated. There are two internal examinations and one University examination at each semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

I wish i could answer that but being first year first semester student I don't know much about placements. Altough i have heard much from the alumni and the senior students the college offers good job opportunities.i don't know if our college offers any internships.

College Events

4

Mainly there are two events that take place in our college 1.takshak-a national level technical fest held at our campus.the event is fabulous with many programs, workshops, and other various activities. 2.sanskriti-it is a culture fest held in our college which is a wide event and with a lot of celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is feasible as it is a government aided institution. As for all government and government aided institution the fees is according as calculated by the government which comes at about ?8500 per semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarship provide in the college. I am not eligible to apply it but those eligible receives almost 85% of their fees paid back. There is two or three government scholarships and one alumni association scholarship given by the college

Campus Life

4

There are many options for extra curricular activities in the college. There is a fab lab with advanced 3d printing instruments where we can build things for osur projects and all.there is a sports meet for all students which is intercollegiate.there are various clubs in the college such as dance club, music club, photography club, and various other clubs

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students gives lecture notes and books to us.they support is if we have any doubts and if we need any helps in academics or extra curricular activities. The alumni network is nice and the have various programmes to help students if they need financial support.

Admission

I qualified the Kerala entrance examination with the rank 1575. The Kerala entrance authority declared a cut off ranks to each college in Kerala to secure admission for each candidates after third allotment I got eligible to apply to this college.

Faculty

4

not every teachers are the best. Even though every faculty is very skilled and qualified the only problem is luctures of some faculties are very poor. Excluding some all others are the best and supportive to all students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
