Likes

The college has a big campus in which engineering as well a school and a normal degree college is located. Also the college hostel is in same campus itself which is good
The teachers and all staffs are friendly. All staffs are well educated and has enough and more degrees . Also maintains a good student teacher relationship
Students have good freedom. Also there are many good tourist places near the campus where students can go in there free time and enjoy this helps the students to get a relief from daily study life

Dislikes

There is not much dislike about the campus. The campus is not that near city so its some hard to get things
The campus is in a hilly place so its not that easy to walk from city to the college daily

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well structured and highly relevent to current industry demands . In terms of comprehensiveness the curriculum provide a balanced mix of foundational knowledge and advanced topic . It ensures a deep understanding of all the core subjects to. More over the programme emphasizes hands on experience

Internships Opportunities

The college provides a wide number of internship programmes for the students . There are also many clubs in the college . These clubs like Asme , iee , sae etc provide many internship programmes . Many are free some are paid

Placement Experience

The college provide good placement . The average placement that the college provide is about 5 lacs per anum which is good enough. There are a large number of companies which comes to the college to provide placement for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

This college works under kerala technical university. This college is aided college that is partially government so the fee structure is as same as government colleges. There is total 8 semester for the entire course 2 semester in a year. So the yearly fee is below 20 thousand that is in each semester 10000. There is reservation for students too . Also they provide scholarship for those students who are economically weaker. Also there is management quota in which there is reserved seat for students who pays and buy those seats

Campus Life

There are many clubs in the college . The American society of mechanical engineers the ieee, and many other clubs are there for students . These clubs provide huge opportunities for the students for building there career

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is so good . The rooms are spacious and has enough airflow. In 1 room there are 4 students each . The hostel rooms are affordable and also has free internet too . The only bad thing to say about is the food except that all other things are good

Admission

I chose this college because of the high standard education they provide. This college is right now the 4th standing best colleges in kerala. This college also have many acredations. This college also provide many opportunities for the students who have passed from this college. They have a strong alumini which helps the students . Also the placement in the college is very good and provide high packages to . Now after all looking the extracurricular activities they provide many facilities for that too the students can find their talent from college itself and college provide many opportunities for them too . There are nany sports facilities in the college too. Compared to other colleges this college have all the things that the students need

Faculty

All the faculty's are good. They are very friendly and help the students with anything . The course i have choosen is mechanical engineering which is the best course in the college also there are many other courses too like computer science , electronics , electrical etc. there is 2 internal exam and 1 university exam in each semester 50 marks is provided by the college by assessing performance of the students inside the campus and by taking the average of assessments done and the rest 100 marks are written in the university exam

Night Life

The night life in the campus is very bad . The campus is first of all located in a very local place inside a forest so there is not that big city near the college. Also in night its dangerous as wild animals are always around the city fir seeking there food

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

Likes

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Likes

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities
provide internet facilities like wifi and average classrooms

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Likes

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

Placement Experience:

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET. One of the best government aided college

I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities.
