Remarks

PILLAI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING serves very good academic as well as non-academic growth to a student. I got to learn a lot from this college which I don't think so i could have got anywhere else. I have learned time management which is the best part yet.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's very descent. Our college is undertaken by Mumbai University. Exam pattern is like : Two unit tests(every semester) , final practical exam for practical subjects , submission of assignments and then the university exam by Mumbai University.

Placement Experience

Placements are descent in our college. Many information technology companies visits our college every year. Students are given opportunity to show their skills. I don't think that college provide us internships.

College Events

Our college have their annual cultural event called as " Alegria " one of India's biggest college festival. many celebrities visits our college during this festival. Many knows DJ's come and showcase their magic.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of PILLAI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING is quite good. We have to pay the fee every year. It's different for different categories (cast basis). It's doesn't includes the files , assignment pages , experiment pages which we required for submission.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided by Maharashtra government for OBC , EBC etc categories. I have not found any kind of scholarship provided by college yet. Maharashtra government provides the scholarship to students.

Campus Life

We have different committees in our college like CSI , ETSA , IEEE , PCE ALUMNI Etc which conducts many workshops and events for students to gain extra curriculum knowledge. Many different sports opportunity are also their. Cricket events football events handball basketball volleyball. Our colleg is very good at that.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college has a committee called as PCE alumni which deals with these kind of relation. They connects the present student with the alumni and discuss the future scope, the do's and don't. What to choose. Future aspects. They conducts seminar by ALUMNI.

Admission

I gave the MH-CET through which we can join colleges around Maharashtra. I have shortlisted some of the colleges in which i have included pillai college of engineering. After the results of CAP round i got selected in this college.

Faculty

The faculty member in my college are very good. Always ready to help students. They always encourage us. Help us im various non educational activities. Personal attention to every student. clears our doubts. Regular checking of notebooks. Overall they are very mutual with students.

Placement Experience:

Placements at ADYPU are moderate and structred . Students usually become eligilble from the final year for campus drives. Various startups and mid level comapnies visit for roles in sales, marketing, operatioons and tech support . The highest pacakage generally ranges arounf 45-50LPA , while the average package is around 4.5-6 LPA , depending on the profile . A fair percentage of active students secure placements. After completing my degree, i plan to focus on skill development and pursue better career op;portunities.

My Honest GHRCE Experience

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

A Detailed review of the newly built government college of engineering of Ratnagiri

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course out of sheer curiosity and intrest in the field of Artificial Intelligence . The course offered by the college encapsulates all the major subtopics included in the field. Theoretically the curriculum offers great knowledge about various topics from your course however you yourself have to figure out how do you build your practical skills which you can use in the real world. teaching methods can be improvised by implementing a more practical learning based approach rather than relying on the theoretical part of the subject. there are 2exams per semester, one small exam called as mid semester exams and the other one is the major exam called as final semester exam. difficulty of exam is usually easy to moderate and one can easily pass the exam even if he/she does not study regularly.

Nice campus but bs college life

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements in 7th semester. You just have to be all clear in exams and you can appear for placement. Companies visited are Infosys TCS tech Mahindra the highest packages 1.2 crore and the average packages 3 lakhs and total 60% students got placed

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

After 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements many companies visit my college like ongc shell Schlumberger etc college has committed 100% placement for btech petroleum branch but i have heard this year it was around 70% after getting the degree i want to complete my masters and then apply for job the highest package for petroleum engineering is around 25lakhs and average is around 10 lakhs

In terms of curriculum I said it's overrated you study physics chemistry in 1st year.Not only in Mumbai University but in whole engineering college all over India.I only choose coding not engineering.Bit I want degree so that I choose engineering.

SGGS COLLEGE REVIEW

Placement Experience:

From six semester students are eligible for placements. They are selected by taking there interviews many of them selected directly for company some of them selected for internships program. The visited are Tcs they make many of placement. Avg packages is approx. 4 lac per annum based on profiles they offer. Many of branch get more placement and some get less but average placement is out of 60 students in class 20 to 25 get place on campus. And i am going to do GATE preparation.
