Remarks

Night allowed time to come back is -8:30 pm Morning -6:00 am u can go outside Girls Has to report in their hostel by 6:00 pm evening roll call has to be given along with biometric And same in boys hostel but after 8 :30 pm. Chicken is not allowed and strictly prohibited and if caught then sent outside the hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

Satisfactory and there is no entrance exam for our college And the end semester exam pattern followed are for the 100 out of which 4-15 marks questions with either or and one compulasaty question with 20 marks and 10 -2 marks questions.

Placement Experience

Placements were good enough with an least package of 3.5 LPA and the highest with the 24 LPA and the fortune 500 companies were many visited and recently Google has also visited and the top companies like Amazon ,PayPal ,TCS,Wipro,IBM,Accenture ,VMware,my and sigma, many more, till now only Accenture cam to hire for the paid internship the 2021 graduates

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very feaseable With an average increment of 10 percent yearly starts in the 1year with with 1,15,000 per year and then the hostel fee is of initialy varying of various hostels from 10k to 24k with different number of roommates and then comes to mess fee is paid every monthly.

U caninto the college by either stream 1 or either by stream 2, in stream 1 contains --70% of seats and stream 2- 30 % Stream 1--- jee mains and Stream 2 -- by +2 board or its equivalent For all the applicants through stream 1, sastra will release a rank card through which seat allotment process is done Counciling and same as in stream 2 also

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges.
