Remarks

Positive remarks only in Loyola college like their management and the faculties the students bonding college infrastructure atmosphere etc etc one negative remark is now's a day many of the trees were cutted

Course Curriculum Overview

Comparing another college Loyola's syllabus were slightly different the exam point of view the students must prepare for their own ways the course not based on books only bcz students preparing to compare the society issues also so the marks will given by society life

Placement Experience

3.5

Yeah the placements and intership process are here about the intership they suggest the students to go for a research centres and none of the students would got the degrade companies bcz of the faculties showing a way to how get jobs placements are well known one but the college not force everyone if u willing to go for placement u'll be guiding by the some of the dept for this

College Events

The events always conducted in college so many conferences so many motivational programs and celebrations of festivals conducted in Loyola college then each and every program has a value and helpful for a students and peoples

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure based on two type one of the structure is government based fees that is called first shift and second structure is management based fees that is called second shift comparing two shifts first shift is more better than second shift but fees structure feasible

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provide so many scholarships via the students life service department the scholarships based on government and management many of the scholarships helpful for poor people who struggle to continue his or her studies

Campus Life

Every department has a labs with facilities and college train the sports persons and take a victories in other college tournaments otherwise the extra courses added from college to improve the students extracurricular activities like club outreach

Alumni/Alumna

Everyone felt about the college life bcz no one can realize that they are alumini of Loyola college bcz the junior senior bonding always unique in Loyola college the unity and faithful friendship spread in Loyola campus

Admission

The college admission based on marks and the three listed were separately shortlist by college management the sports persons are shortlist by another catogery the admission where we get there not possible bcz of lakhs of applications came

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are well trained people and many of the faculties were experienced they prepare for teaching before the classes and they are well knowledgeable peoples they treat the student like friendly and the classes going well they teach society issues and try to involve the students in social works

Nit Trichy B.Sc. B.ed. student review

Likes

girls to boys ratio is 1:1 is we consider all three branches with some courses with more male while other having for female.more or less the ratio is near 1:1
the most important thing for you is there is close to zero discrimination for you , whether you want to join any club or perform anything you are equivalent to students with others bachelor degree
octagon and library are the two things which are good as library is considered the biggest library among all nit's while octagon having 800 computers for students.NSO ground is also well maintained with the beautiful mig fighter jet to take cool phot

Dislikes

for first years hostel are well maintained if compared with others but don't expect much from hostel atlast this is a government college.in first year 3 to 4 person sharing room are there which was build to carry 2 person.
Quant and entrepreneur thing is not there as you might expect by seeing the nirf 9 ranking but it is not zero .they are growing clubs like profNITT and Sigma are young and they could do better
curfew timing for girls are 9 or 9:30 pm i guess be it any year. for boys ,only freshers have curfew with timing 9:30 pm.other than that any student can't step outside the college after 10 pm without the sign out form.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as maths is the mother of all science and quite related to other fields so it opens a lot of door for me like mba ,mtech ,phd or any other things. this course is specifically designed for becoming teachers so keep that in mind before taking this course as they are not flexible in changing curriculum or adding something for the sake of students as of now. also you will be having more working days compared to other courses with 80 percent mandatory attendance.after first sem you will get 1 week holiday and after 2nd sem you will get 50.days holiday and after first year you can expect 20 days holiday for winters and 50 days holiday for summers. you will get a lot of time to study for exams. before ct 1 you can expect 2 months and then atleast a month for ct 2 and endsems. cons are that you don't have the right to choose minor or electives like btech students.you have to compulsory study all three science .i.e. maths , physics, chemistry.

HIMT COLLEGE REVIEW

Likes

The faculties are very well experienced and there are captains who stay in the campus itself, so if there’s something we need they will be available all the time
The facilitieslike labs, ship in campus, DB tank facilities etc are top notch
The classrooms are fully air conditioned. There’s smart board. Overall everything is really good and also neat and clean

Dislikes

Galley food can improve a little and canteen is comparatively small for such a big campus
They are not conducting intra- college events and inter-college events is very less

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good in HIMT. I got placed in 1st year itself in MOLMI. All faculties try their best to prepare us for the placements and it shows in the placement interview also. Usually companies come for placements from 2nd year but there are some companies who want to take girl cadets 1st year itself. MOLMI, MOLTA etc came to our college for placements. After completion of the course, company will call for induction and accordingly they will call for joining the ship. For finishing the cadet ship , we have finish 12 months of sea time. After that a lot courses has to be done for appearing in 2 nd mates exam.
