Remarks

Good atmosphere,good teaching staff. Infrastructure will be good.No ragging in the college.zero percent ragging campus.It is the main advantage for first year students who are willing to join college of engineering guindy, Anna university. Food quality is good. Teaching is also good and friendly manner.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum now Anna university is following choice based credit system. We can select our staff through slots. There will be two internal examinations and one external examination per semester. We have to score 50% by adding two.

There will be many events celebrated in our college. There will be technical and cultural events. Technical events like Kurukshetra and inter college technical symposiums. Cultural events like Agni, Techofes will be celebrated. Business events like enantra will be held in our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

t's feasible. There are two types of seats available in college of engineering, guindy,Anna university. They are regular and self supporting.It is around 30,000 for regular student per semester.And it is around 50,000 per semester for self supporting student.

I got central sector scholarship. This scholarship is provided by central government. Many companies in chennai will also offer scholarships for poor students.Many scholarships are available. They will inform you once you join the college.

Good. There will be 4 members per room. For final year's they will give single room. And hostel canteen also available in our college. The facilities are very good. Of any problem they will respond quickly.

Ya they are very helpful. We have Alumni association in our college.They will encourage students and they will guide us.They will conduct mock interviews for final year students in college with experts.

Admission

I had join through counselling process. It is held on anna university, guindy by cut off marks from twelfth class, Chennai. By the counselling date we go to anna university and select colleges under the anna university control and join by acknt card given by anna university.

Faculty

There will be many sections in faculty who are coming to teach. There are professors, assistant professors, associate processors, teaching fellows etc.The professors are very friendly and they teach well.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.
