Remarks

Our college is known for it's friendly atmosphere and people. But on the basis of academics, there's a lot of pressure to take. Everything has a good and bad side right?. So it ain't that bad. We can survive :)

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course structure for 1st year students is such that all the core subjects are being taught in the first year, irrespective of the branch they belong to. We students find this a bit difficult to handle as some core subjects aren't based on the student's interest.

Placement Experience

4

Yes our college provides internship and a great job opportunity. Well I haven't experienced it though.

College Events

3.5

The events like daksh, kuruksastra, and colloseum takes place in our college. These events are quite big and are organized completely by students once a year. Colloseum is the sports event. And daksh and kuruksastra are the cultural and technical events occuring in the months of Feb and mar.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is feasible. But also some are quite unnecessary. Like the lab fees we pay during semester aren't worth it, some labs don't even have proper equipments for the students to handle. But the overall college is good.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't availed of any schlorships yet. But I heard there are some for students scoring good marks.

Campus Life

3.5

The gender ratio of students is quite 1:1. There are several workshops held in our college with time to time and they are completely managed by the students. Some politics are going around the college. That's what I heard abt it. But Don't know how far that's true.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of the college are totally friendly and the college is ragging free. This is great feature for the newbies who are afraid to enter into the new environment. The seniors help and guide us through stuffs which seems new for us.

Admission

There was no interview or entrance exam. The admission was based on the merit list of 12th standard marks. I chose B.Tech CSE course for my engineering, which was based on my interest. The admission process was quite simple and straight forwarded.

Faculty

4

The faculty are qualified enough to teach us. Some faculty pour their soul into teaching and helping students, while others are doing stuffs for name sake. And there are some who give marks for students based on their personal appearance, which should be definitely discouraged.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
