College Events

Cultural and technical events are very famous in my college. They conduct 2 days cultural program called insight where we have fashion shows grooves and songs and also we conduct departmental events such as mechmerise festronix etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It takes 1 lack per year that is 50k per semester. There are also some incentives and scholarships given for the reserved seats. Also girls are provided with some scholarship programs. Its amount is feasible enough for a good quality education

Fees and Financial Aid

It gives good scholarships program to the reserved individuals. Also if we can score more than 90% marks in any two corresponding semesters then we are awarded with a scholarship of 1lack amount that is the fees of two semesters.

Campus Life

3.5

There are good quality labs and practicals conducted in our college. The labs have a bunch of systems and also there are good machines in our practical labs.Sports are taken very seriously in our college. Our college has a very good name in sports in the whole city

Hostel Facilities

Yes I have opted for hostel. It takes 60k per year which includes wifi, sports complex, electricity and also my hostel provides a very good quality of food. The hospitality and accommodation system in our hostel is very good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Aluminis of our college are mostly working in very good companies and industries. Most of the aluminis are doing good in there life. Some of them are also in foreign countries going for there further post graduation studies.

Admission

By my jee mains scorecard and also by my physics, chemistry and mathematics marks in class 12.When u came here I was allowed to choose any stream as my marks were pretty good but I chose mechanical stream because mechanical department in my college is the best and most famous department in the city because of it's well trained and educated professors.

Faculty

4.5

They are very well organized, trained and highly educated individuals. They are very helpful whenever needed and also they conduct some doubt clearing schedules which become very helpful for us.They always tend to help every student to assure good Marks in there curriculum.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

The reason I chose this college was because of the percentile I score iin MHT-CET and i couldn't get a seat in another college because of my low percentile. and tthey had a high percentile cutoff to get a seat in that particular branch of another college . What went wrong was my percentile because I could have scored more and there were serval factors such as if I had chosen college outside of my city the hostel and mess fees would have add up causeing my parents to pay more fees than they could afford . The admission process of my college was simple and the document required during admission was already given to us. All I had to do was to go to college and they check all the documents and signed and approved ....Read More
