    REMARKS

The positive thing of the College is that it is solely for commerce students and the campus is moderately maintained and the faculty in this College is one of the best faculty available for a commerce in the Jorhat district.

  • FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES

The fee structure of the College is very very flexible and very inexpensive in nature for most of the students studying in the College. The College have different scems for different group of people like for the students who's family's income level is below BPL then the are given free admission but only one condition is there the don't have to fail in any subject or else they will not get free admission in next year.

    PLACEMENT WING

I will have to say that the College provide decent placement and jobs for the students. Nothing fancy but those placement and jobs are not bad jobs either. But if someone is hoping for a very high paid job then this College may not be a good fit for you. No the College don't provides internship even though the College prospects says they do.

  • ADMISSION

At my time you had to physical come to the College to take admission but not it's changed to online process. I chose this College because it's totally or only commerce is tought in this College because of that the education standards are good and plus it's under Dibrugarh University guidelines.

  • ALUMNI

The relationship between the seniors is very flexible and brotherly like to us they are very supportive and helpful especially towors their juniors and thinks of their juniors as their own brother and sisters.

  • 8 /10Ratings

    FACULTY

The faculty in the College is very nice and cooperative with the students. They try to address all the problems that may arise in for the students even though is personal problem of the students they are always ready to assist you at anytime without any hesitation.

  • CAMPUS LIFE

The College don't give much interest in extracurricular activities as the College is not very big and don't have extra space to conduct extracurricular activities in the College like sports, labs, etc.

    COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

The cource structure is very flexible and easy to understand. The course is designed in such a way that no student feel that they are very pressured by the course. The exam stracture are exactly same with the exam stracture of Dibrugarh University.

    COLLEGE EVENTS

The College organises multiple cultural festival in the College in a very small scale. But even though the scale is small but the festivals are pritty fun and enjoyable for the students as the College tryes to include all the students.

At least 97% of the students get admission in this college. After completing this course, students try for IAS, appear for UPSC and opt for law or to become a lecturer. Students need to score a good percentage to get a good job in the future since good companies want good employees.

An active placement cell which keeps the students updated about the opportunities. The placement cell appoints a representative from every department providing a link to all departments and their needs. I interned with Teach For India in my second year, which is a part of Teach for all network, a group of independent organisations aiming to bring educational equality in the world. I applied through the mail forwarded by the placement cell.
