The college is very good. One positive remark is that the college has just started and the number of students is less so the faculty is well aware of all the students and pay individual attention too. Also the campus is good. There is 24 7 wind and good atmosphere in the campus, long roads for walking and cycling and running. Football is a little difficult to play as there are no enthusiasts but I hope the batches coming will change the scenario. Also music is a great way to chill out in the campus. There are great instrumentalists in the college including me. I am a pianist too and we have frequent jamming sessions with bonfire and some other cool stuff.
The course curriculum at this college is good. I am currently just in the second semester but the first semester was good. The courses were very good. Learned a lot. The courses tested our creative thinking skills and cognitive skills. Tje faculty is also good. Proper time is given to every assignment. Attendance is a must for all the courses. On the basis of all these aspects, every course has a particular number of credits. You have to get them all. If you lack at any aspect, you fail and have to repeat the whole course in the vacations. The evaluation is both internal and external, internal is done by the professors and at the end of the semester, we have a jury where we display all our work done throughout the semester and external jury members evaluate our work. So basically it is very important and easy also. As far as first sem is concerned.
Well, we haven't yet been informed about the placements at our college for b. Des as we are just the 3rd batch. The first batch for b. Des passes in the next year. So but, interships are great. Our college offers internship opportunities to the students students. Many second year students and third year students have done internships at some of the great firms.
Well, i am the club secretary and i am a part of the organizing committee so tbh, there are a lot of events and fests celebrated in the college. From Makarsankranti to holi, valentines week to lohri, from onam to kite flying, from ganesh chaturthi to Christmas. We celebrate and number of festivals and events. We recently have a cultural fest coming up. We're gonna have a lot of fun. Join us and have fun too.
Well, being frank, its a design college and it is a general fact that fees at design colleges are high. And keeping in mind that our college is a private one. The fees a really high. The overall yearly fee goes up to 5. 5 lakhs. So yh.
Yes our college offers scholarships for the students based on your board marks, or your jee score, or if you have any sports achievements like may nationals certificate etc. Also loan can be taken tobpay fees at the college. I am not very well aware about those things. You may contact the studentsoffice@avantika. edu. in mail for any details.
The gender ratio is a little imbalanceed. Girls are more in number than girls. Sports at our college is just for name sake. There are very less number of sports played. We play cricket on the ground. Yes the ground is big. We have a volleyball court where we play volleyball. We play football on roads, futsal type of. We also have a football ground but it is unevenly terrained. No caste, gender or religion discrimination is followed in our college. Clean by all such terms.
I have opted for hostel and tbh. Hostel life is amazing. The rooms are really good and spacious. There's a private bathroom and toilet for every room. The rooms a re at sharing. Sharing of 2. And we have individual cupboards for every student, tables, cabinets, shoe racks, a small balcony to every room. What else do you want. And the college is far away from the city so i suggest you stay at the hostel itself.
Yes, the alumni network is helpful. But till now there is just one masters batch who have passed out so they are in touch. Also seniors are really helpful and always available. The seniors are really talented and skilled at various stuff. Good at sports and music as well. But most importantly they are friendly and approachable. There is no sort of ragging allowed in the campus and neither do students indulge in such activities. The environment is very safe here and very cozy to live.
I was in class 10th when I decided to persue design as a career. I scored 8. 8 cgpa in class 10th. Took up science in class 11th. Later i came to 12th and Grew pretty serious about my future after 10 plus 2. So i started browsing for collegees offering b. Des courses. There was NID,IIT MIT, UID, VID, etc. I applied for all of these colleges by filling the registration form and paying the registration fees. I appeard for nid, uceed. But didn't qualify. So just after m years boards, i appeared for mit datvand qualified. At mit i gave the studio test and interview. I waited for their reply but I still don't know why i wasnt selected. But lately they said that i can get a seat in avantika University. I didn't have any other choice back then so i said yes and booked a seat. They took a telephonic interview and i was selected.
The faculty of tje College is very good. Good enough. Its been just 6 months but I'm pretty comfortable with all the faculty. Some of the professors live in the campus, some of the professors stay in Ujjain, some of the professors come from indore which is like an hour of distance. So you can understand how dedicated the faculty is. They are very friendly to the students, they are helpful at all times. You call them any time of the day. They'll never disappoint you. Also the ones who live in the campus. We have an open invitation to their residence at any time if we have queries. So that is quite wonderful. Also the faculty understand the level of work given and set deadlines accordingly some of the faculty is so friendly, so friendly, so friendly that they even play computer games with us like cs go, fifa etc. There is alsocsome faculty who teach the b. Des students and side by side are doing masters in the same college.
In the 8th semester, the students become eligible for campus placement. The highest average of the package is 40000 and the average package is 10000. The percentage of students required for getting a good placement is 70 above. My plan after getting the degree is to become a good pharmacist and work in the industry and visit as many places as possible.
I'm currently in the 2nd sem so, for now, we didn't sit in any placement. The students of 3rd sem are eligible to sit in the placement cells. We are informed by the seniors that there are some amazing companies that come for the placements. The Training and placement provided by the college really help us in the placement. Overall if you acquire good knowledge no one can stop you from getting placed in good company.
7th. The top 3 companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HCL, tash technology, etc. The highest package is 16.5 lakh per year and the lowest is 5 lakh per year. 100 percent of the students are placed. Getting a good job in the highest package.
Everything about our university is amazing. From teachers to lab assistance each and everyone are helpful and kind towards students. Student in our University is are well disciplined which is rare to see. I will highly recommend you to get admission in our University as you won't regret it.
The campus life of PTSNS is amazing. Teachers, students and support staff are very welcoming, helpful and helpful. You will also see a group of people in library either studying or doing some event work for the college. There are maximum attendance is compulsory for all students strictly.
My admission was done through merit list based on higher secondary marks. There were different cut-offs based in caste category of students. Being from an OBC category I was selected in respective merit-list.
Placements are not enough for all students but students having good skill set can have good opportunities for him/her in campus placements. Some of the companies give really good offers to students of-course the experience varies from indivisual to indivisual particularly.
The admission process in our university was based on the results in the last qualifying examination . After qualifying my three years of bachelor degree from a recognised university, i got admission in this course. For admission, students can apply both offline and online.
The placement was average in our university. When i was studying in this University, very few companies come for campus interview. After completing the course, most of the students prepare for government jobs in Bank, Railways etc. Some of the students are found very successful in their career.
I got admission in this course on basis of merit. After qualifying my higher secondary examination from science stream with 75 percent of marks, i took admission in this course. The admission process was very good in our university. It was fully based on the marks obtained in the last qualifying examination.
Our university does not provide good placement and job opportunities for the students. But the university has a well established training and placement cell who helps us a lot to develop our personalities and skills by arranging many training sessions, mock interviews, group discussions etc. Most of the students after completing the course go for higher studies.
Fully negative, every students of college thinks their future in dark, they will not get a good job, they are doing study from internet only college is just only for a way to get degree. We complaint about college in Rgpv but they are not responding anything.
