Remarks
The college is like okay type. Not very good nor very bad. In terms of placement it is quite good but in terms of academic or quality of education is not that good. There should be improvement in research area and content of syllabus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good. Syllabus is quite good. But the content they are teaching us not below expectations. We need more good content of the syllabus. The content doesn't focuses on research. The labs are fine. There is not such problems in the lab. But there is s chance of improvement.
Placement Experience
Placements are good. I mean not that bad. Many companies come in our campus and if they find you Eligible they will hire you. As i am a first year student, i dont know much about placements and internships.
College Events
Many events celebrated in our campus. Cu fest- the annual festival of chandigarh university. Cultural programs- many cultural programs celebrated time to time. Tech fest- the annual technological festival of our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is fine. I will not say it is affordable but is low than the other universities. My semester fee is 80 000rs. Students who cannot afford can give a schlorship test at the time of admission. Also if someone is good in some sports then the college also provides schlorship.
Fees and Financial Aid
The schlorship is offered by college on the basis of class 12 marks, JEE mains marks and JEE advanced marks. Also the college have a schlorship test which offers schlorship on the basis of your ability.
Campus Life
The sports is quite good in our college. Extracurricular activities is not that good but the sports department is very good in chandigarh university. Workshops are regularly held in college. The gender ratio is not good.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior are very helpful who got placed and some of them tells us about what should we do to get a good placement. How should we study. The college also provides sessions on the interaction with the alumni or senior students.
Admission
I got admission through 12 class marks. I went to the regional office of patna and fill up the form. Then they offered me the computer science course. I couldn't get a specialisation course because my percentage want not that good. Then i gave a schlorship ship test.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is not that good. Some are good but many aren't that good. They dont know much of their subjects. The university needs to change the entire faculty. And bring some who is more knowledgeable and innovative. Many have done m. tech and came here to teach us. But they don't really know how to teach. There is a need of improvement in the faculty.
