Remarks

Positive -less fee. highly educated faculty. Sophisticated labs. WiFi. Negatives- no ground, worst maintainance of hostels. very strict rules for getting a leave permission. Bises to Tamil guys. No outing for girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course structure is really good it tests our coding abilities instead of memorising things. we have a very chill atmosphere. Many free hours to read journals and for higher studies. we have a seperate block for research and reaserch programme is good.

Placement Experience

4.5

We have 100 percent placement. Highest package is offered by paypal (around 27lpa). This year avg salary was 9lpa for our branch. Most of us get selected for TCS Infosys Wipro companies. They provide comparitively less salary.

College Events

2

Kurusastra - cultural fest for entertainment Colloseum-. Sport competitions Daksh -technical fest ksupahar-cultural fest organised by seniors for collecting funds for donating to charities Carpedium-for entertainment

Fee Structure And Facilities

135000 per anum. It is feasible and that some of reason for selecting this college. Hostel fee is too less. They collect 10k for 5 in one room hostel. 12k for 2 in one hostel. 24k for single person per room hostel. Mess fee will be around 3800 per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

26 k for top 2 percent merit students every year. 13 k for top 10 percent merit students. 16k for 400 merit and disciplined hostel students is provided by our college every year. If the bread winner of the family is dead total fee is paid by college itself. study loan facility is also available

Campus Life

3.5

Biased selection in sports more preference to Tamil students. no proper cricket ground. no sufficient balls for sports. briefing it no sports provision. normal gender ratio. some students clubs are there like CSI etc. Predominantly brahmins are more in this college.

Hostel Facilities

2

I stay in hostel and infrastructure is poor. We are not suppose to use kettles. Hot water is not provided for drinking and for bathing. Monkeys enter our hostel and take our belongings. Mosquitos make much trouble. No necessary measures are taken.

Alumni/Alumna

No. college never let us mingle with alumini. We were not given any guidelines about interviews. seniors are so helpful. They are like our friends. No ragging in the college premises. We do all nasty things with seniors. one of my senior guided me in applying for internships and some academic stuff.

Admission

I have no reservation so I lost a admission in iits and nit. My college considers jee. Since I got better marks in jee mains ichose this college. And even the fee structure is awesome here. I am very much interested in computer programming so I chose it.

Faculty

4.5

Most of our faculties are PhD holders some are even from the India's top colleges like iits and nits. In labs we are assisted by on going PhD scholars who are in the research team of senior staff. Some faculty even complain that they our college is not giving them enough time to do research and ask them to teach more.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
