I have learnt a lot here and there is more to go.This College shouldn't charge any fine.

Course Curriculum Overview

Semester exams are held and other than that mst are held before semester exams and practical exams are also conducted.There is no industrial visits organized for the students.Yes the curriculum groomed to provide industry specific knowledge to the students.

Placement Experience

Nestle company has visited our college.Average percentage was above 60 or 65 was the criteria set to be eligible to apply.

College Events

Karwann is the annual fest held by our college by a huge participation of students in different fields and curriculum activities.It is 3 day fest. Organise by students in which we enjoy various cultural dance, modelling, and famous singers live performance.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our fee structure is 60k per annum and this is paid by online transcation.Despite of this we have to pay examination fee.Yes the College provide transparency in fee breakdown.And there is no additional charges that had to be paid in order to secure an admission.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college offer scholarship to the studebts who cannot afford the fees.The students are selected as per annul income and interview is held by the senior teachers with the students.

Campus Life

I have experienced here a great divercity of students from various parts of india.within a short period of time there is always a activity or competition organise bg our college to enhance talented people.Educational plays and lectures are also organise in masses.

Hostel Facilities

Yes i have opted for hostel.the hostel charges for 2 sharing room is more and the rooms are small.The hostel should provide us bigger room as per the charges and and good snacks. And safety from animals like monkeys.

Alumni/Alumna

I haven't met any alumni student.Despite we have great seniors they are very much helpful and sincere.

Admission

I appeared for pucet.and got cleared in it.As per the pucet score and my graduation percentage i got selected. This college has the one of the best biotech faculty in chandigarh. This college also has the good labs and lab work. It has good rank in all over chd.

Faculty

We have Dr.Kakoli mam as our HOD she is 50 year and holds a doctrate degree teaches us Molecular biology. Dr.Raman mam, 52 age and holds a doctrate degree she teaches us Microbology, Immunology, Environment Biotech. Dr.Anjali Mam 47 age and holds a doctrate degree teaches us biochemistry and BBT. Dr.Arti Mam 48 age and holds a doctrate degree teaches us Enzmology.

Likes

They have a very best faculty . The labs are very big and also the teachers teach us all the time in the labs as our subject is a practical learning subject . The regular seminar help us a lot and boost confidence . The environment is stress-free
The teachers are very polite while explaining anything . The very first day I experienced this . They have a very positive approach towards students and won't say or do anything that would hurt you . It's hard to except that much politeness
The campus is huge and aided with many facilities . Good canteen and also Nescafe is available. We also have a canteen in our physics department floor

Dislikes

The ratio of boys is very much as compared to girls . But still it isn't unsafe .
Many students aren't very much serious here about studies

Placement Experience:

In the beginning of semester you will be asked to join training and placement center . The placements are not that much but yes placements are given . It depends your performance throughout the course . Belonging to MSc physics the placements will be made in the last sem and when and only if you qualify the sem exam you'll be able to join . But according to personal opinion that msc physics won't get that good package and you can get better from government jobs .

About PGGC

Likes

Labs are pretty much new and the professional studies one is completely new.
Practicals are key elements in this college.
The teachers are very supportive, for fun as well for studies.

Dislikes

The classes and the washroom needs to be maintained
The canteen is not up to the mark, needs upgrade.
Furniture needs to be changed and some positive impact should be added and some activities needs to be added

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course included every practical and theoretical language which is entirely needed to study IT. Its amazing that the staff is so nice and full of knowledge that they help every student with the studies and the topics like java , C# are very important.

College a good and bad experience

Likes

The thing i liked was the labs the environment for studying.
The infrastructure of college is well built and made on proper modern thinking.
Faculty is good only to some extent as there is some type of biased

Dislikes

The fee structure as they increase it year by year
The behaviour of some faculty as they are biased
No placements at all no one come here for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took admission in this course after i saw it has benefits for pharmacy field and all the apparatus and instruments in the labs are helpful for further experience in the pharmacy field. Improvements can be made by decreasing some politics.

After 9 the students are mostly packed inside their hostel room

4 th semester students become eligible for placement linksoft technology q spiders 50 -10 offers are made highest package 6 lpa average 3.5 lpa profiles offered are of software testing full stack developer software developer Percentage of students getting placed are from range 65 to 75 My plan is to do job

Remarks:

college is very good.its image is bad that there is no attendence issue but thats nit true. teacher are good. and you are as free in your college as you should be.not less not too much. it is fun learning here

Real And Raw

I have apllied for DU but delhi was far away from my hometown i didn't choose DU , for this college I have keen interest in sports and in militry and the great alumni have attracted me for this college. You have to fill a form after that you will get the notification through mail for physical councelling and completion of physical councelling you will get payment link of whole year fee on your mail id within a week and after that you are enrolled . Dav college 2025 real review

I thought that this college was better in infrastructure, faculty , campus life , students . But perhaps i was wrong about it . It is worse than other Colleges . Lacks basic facilities.i applied is sd college , didnt get admission because my cut off went off by 2 percent , later they just gave admissions through referrals which i didnt have . THE LIFE AT DAV COLLEGE

As DAV is ranked one of the best instituions in north region for Bcom degree.
