Remarks

Positive : my department is providing a very gud placement opportunities Negative : my department is poor in providing a gud cultural activities 2 - poor in providing a good sports facility 3-having a expensive fee structure for Residential mess facility

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Opinion : the course (marine biotechnology) is manditory as study of marine resources is important in providing the required, demanded sea food and also monitoring and maintaining the balance of sea food resources and protecting them from over exploitation Exam structure : we students are valuated based on the content we give in our descriptive exam Labs are good

Placement Experience

4.5

Among all the courses we had in our university only our department provides an assured placement opportunities in various sea food production, processing plants related to well renoved multinational companies Internship : our department provides interns to students who top in Acaedamics

College Events

3

Our department is a bit poor in celebrating culturals as we are having a tight schedule in our Acaedamics and mostly focused in gaining knowledge about our field, Regarding technical events it's ok

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a bit expensive in case of my course that is 30,000/- per year, Regarding my hostel it's a bit feasible as I should pay a room rent of 6,200/- per year. If it's regarding my mess fee it is expensive as I should pay 3000/- per month which is tough for a lower middle class student like me

Fees and Financial Aid

There is only fee Reembassment to my category as I belong to upper caste OC. There is a fee Reembassment to my mess bill which is still in pending since seven months. To my knowledge there are a few educational loan facilities but not in action due to an improper administration of government

Campus Life

3.5

We had a gender ratio of 1:3 in our class i.e one boy and three girls. Our professors encourage us to workshops provided in our university and also to the workshops conducted in other universities

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I live in a hostel provided by ANDRA UNIVERSITY to which I had to pay thousands for a semester. I should also pay for my mess for every month, A single room is shared by 3 students. The average rental for room I should pay is 6,200/- and for mess I should pay an average of 3000/- per month

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful in shaping our future in placed Industries. Our seniors direct us towards good and warning us about the good My experience with my college seniors is very strong as our thoughts collided with each other

Admission

I performed well in the ANDRA UNIVERSITY COMMON ENTRANCE (AUCET) exam and got qualified with required marks and attended counseling along with certificate verification after the verification my seat in msc ( marine biotechnology) was confirmed

Faculty

4.5

Very potential and stuffed with knowledge in various aspects regarding our course subject. We had a team of five government professors who are professionals in their subject, out of our professor is a woman scientist and every professor and assistant professor are very particular and very interested to teach and deliver the knowledge they had regarding not only to the course but also regarding other life surviving aspects regarding this busy and competitive world

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is so updated and they focus more on application. They also provide us with the knowledge of emerging fields and opportunities. But i feel like the curriculum should be less hectic for the students. The exams are veru frequent here because there will be 3 internal assessments before the main exams and they are so hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course here in sri Venkateswara university is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting and I am very happy with the knowledge that I can get to know from my faculty. Coming to exams and conducting exams they give much time from sem to sem. As it is a semester system we have a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam is for 20 marks and external exam is for 80 marks on a total of 100 marks.

Admission:

I got admitted to this college through entrance test conducted by Andhra University. I chose this college to improve my practical knowledge and teaching skills. To get admission, one needs to apply online for the entrance exam. After writing the exam and announcement of results, one should attend the counselling session with respective certifications. During or after the session, one should select the desired college in the list. Andhra University arranges one's seat according to the rank, admissions etc. After you need to pay all the fee at once online. You will get a letter, with the letter you should report to the college.
