As per my experience in the college, the management of university is so well good and transparent. It is the fastest growing university all over north india and also has NAAC A+ ranking.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of university is well written and organized. The curriculum get updated every year. The exam structure is been regularly. Their are two mid term test(MST-1 & MST-2) and a final exam in every semester. At the end of the every year their is a mandatory industrial and summer training program for every students.
Placement Experience
Every year more than 260 companies visit at the college for placement. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Walt Disney, Flipkart, IBM, SAP labs, etc visit every year for placement. University had made a team for placement which works every day for students.
College Events
Their are many events which are celebrated in the university. Some of them are: 1.CU fest: It is been held between the different university 2.Tech Invento: It is also inter university event 3.Pratibha Talent hunt: In this event all the cultural and non-cultural event are been held 4.Folk Fore: It is an international event held in university. Student from different university outside the world came here. And many more events are held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
According to me the fee structure of university is not expensive. The college provides an transparency in the fee breakdown. The admission team will explain you each and every things related to admission process and fee structure. Their is a counselling process face to face with their experts which helps you to choose the write course and branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, i didn't have opt for any scholorship or education loan. But i had some knowledge about the program as my some of friends has taken education loan. Their is a special department where many faculties present which helps student to clarify their queries related to scholorship and education loan aor any other problems.
Campus Life
The campus life of the university is very experiensive and good and the extracurricular activities on the uviversity are many. They take many workshops on many trending topics and in tech inveto fest their are many competitons like robotics etc and also events like debates.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i had opted for the hostel facilities. The facilites university hostel provide are very good. They provide 5 seater to single seater room. The house keeping is been done everyday and also the food provide in mess is also of good quality. In mess they provide four time meal.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students of the university are very helpful and guided. The help student in first year to get suitable to the university enviroment and also their is strict rules in university against the ragging and i didn't see any of the case of ragging or misbehave with the freshers.
Admission
I'm pursuing Computer Science and Engineering in Chandigarh University.From the childhood i want to do engineering in the field of computers and also it is the demanding course of today's time. I had chosen this course because the college has NAAC A+ accredition and also the ranking of this college is good in every field than other colleges. I had got my admission on the basis of 10th and 12th score.The admission team will explain you each and every things related to admission process and also their is a counselling process face to face with their experts which helps you to choose the write course and branch.
Faculty
There are total 30 to 35 Lectures every week and the faculty members of the college are also very expert in their teaching and also tutorial lectures are been to clear doubt and solve problems. The lectures are industry expeeience related. Also their are many workshop been held on a regular intervals related to the course as well as to improve your daily routines and lifestyle.
