Course Curriculum Overview
Every year the course curriculum is updated to the industry standards and is research driven as well.Being a student of this course, I feel the curriculum and the teaching helps a lot in meeting the industrial requirements. Workshops are conducted every Semester on latest topics. Industrial visits are also organized.
Placement Experience
More than 85% of eligible candidates have been placed in our college. Some of the companies that visited our college this year are Mercedes Benz, Juniper Networks, Radisys, Accenture, Tech Systems, Oracle etc.
College Events
Starting with Fresher's Party for fresher's every year.Insignia is a top level Techno-Cultural fest for 3 days and more than 50 colleges participate in this fest.Fiesta is also an intra college festival for a week. Along with this many other events will also be held
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not that expensive. Comparatively it is manageable and The mode of payment is Online/ Internet. The fees for this college is good according to the amenities provided by the college. The fees breakdown is provided and also there is transparency in the fee structure.

Although I had not applied for any scholarship,Scholarships are provided like Vidyasiri and other scholarships are also provided.
Campus Life
Many workshops are conducted every year, There is a good gender ratio in every course of this college. Various Labs are conducted thourough out the course. Sports like CRICKET, FOOTBALL, BADMINTON, TABLE TENNIS etc are there. Robotics and other competitions are also held. We also have SDMCET TOASTMASTERS CLUB which conducts meetings every week.
Alumni/Alumna
College seniors are good. There is Alumni association also. Seniors help us in various activities. They conduct classes for junior students to help in better understanding the subjects
Admission
I got the admission thourough COMEDK. While I had been to this college for my Document verification process (CET), I felt the infrastructure, the basic amenities and other facilities are very good (As a Student). I had always dreamt of being an Engineer in Computer Science field and more importantly I came to know the faculty in Info.Science Dept is Very Very Friendly. So I Opted for Information Science Branch. The process of admission is very simple. We will be guided by the college for this process.
Faculty
There are tentatively 12- 15 number of Lecturers in this Branch. All of them are very well versed with abundant knowledge. Especially our HOD taught us Data Structures in 3rd semester very well with competitive questions.Other lecturers also taught very well.
