Remarks

Overall, choosing PSIT as your college for pursuing your engineering degree is a better option in comparison to other private colleges. As the college not only focuses on theoretical knowledge but also helps in raising their talents by conducting co-curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It basically follows the aktu course curriculum. Semester exams are conducted in May and December. The exams are conducted by the university only as the college is the part of the aktu university. The internals is provided on the basis of tests and pu conducted.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

PSIT is currently one of the best private colleges in North India and ranked 1st among all private engineering institutes in UP. Its placement record is remarkable. Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, TCS and many such major companies recruit students every year with an average package of 4-5lakhs per annum.

College Events

Annually they organize Ignitia Which is a major talk about the event of the city where students can showcase their talents and enjoy. Many more events are organized throughout the year by the college in which the students may keep themselves engaged.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of the college is not so high as compared to other private colleges. The fee in comparison to the facilities provided is not a burden on your pocket. If you want to go for the best private college and that too without giving a burden to your pocket then choose PSIT.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to your marks in intermediate, they provide you with a scholarship of 25000. If you clear the exam which they conduct for a scholarship.

Campus Life

4.5

The teaching quality of college is very good. The best part of the college itself is the academics and the faculties are very supportive and always ready to help the students in every way possible. Annually they organize Ignitia Which is a major talk about the event of the city where students can showcase their talents and enjoy.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors here are helpful and ragging is strictly prohibited. If any case of ragging is found then the college takes strict actions.

Admission

Electrical and electronics was the field which I chose for persuing my engineering degree because of the two reasons firstly being a core branch you have many options for government jobs and secondly due to my interest. I took direct admission but admission is possible by giving upaktu entrance exam.

Faculty

The teaching quality of college is very good. Teachers are punctual in taking the classes. The best part of the college itself is the academics and the faculties here are very supportive and are always ready to help the students in every way possible.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I failed to score good marks in JEE advanced or else i would've enrolled in some iit. The college does try to match its pace with tier 1 colleges but there's a lot more to be done. The college has direct as well as counselling based admission. Direct admission include a test and interview while counselling is done on the basis of competitive exam score...Read More
