Yes it is relevant, the research driven is fair. The curriculum they offered was groomed to provide industry specific knowledge to the students and that will helpful for the students for securing off and on campus placements and also college provide industrial visit's.

Every Technical, Cultural, management festivals are celebrated in our college. In which senior have there duties to like checking pass of every student, maintaining crowd in auditorium amd Perfomer names should be announced According to there performance time that is given to them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of the b.com course is feasible. Firstly, we should have to pay the fees for admission form and after getting attested from principal we should have to pay minimum fees that is mentioned at the time of getting admission form. We can pay fees thourough cash, cheque, DD etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, There is a scholarship for only students who are having Good marks in previous classes and also for those students who can't afford the fees of the college.

Campus Life

They are good in everything like talent hunt competition, competitions, quizes and many more activities and there is also a labs like computer lab, science lab etc. There is also sport meet in which every student should take part and make efforts to win.

Yes, they are helpful we can meet them on alumni meet and we interact with our seniors on alumni meet

Admission

First you have to get admission form and fill it with relevant information and then you have to go for recheck the form from office administrator and after rechecking it if there is any problem you should have to correct it and afterwards you have to go to the principal for interview in which they check your marks and they put questions on course you want.

Yes all lecturers are certified and Having good Experience in there profession minimum 100 lectuers According to different courses they offered. And they all are having good industry experience in there field. Which is good for them, colleges and students also.

THE LIFE AT DAV COLLEGE

Likes

it provides vibrant environment, people from different states and culture are accepted here. it has 2 canteens , 1 Nescafe and 1 juice bar.
No ragging is there in college campus and the it provides various sports activities like cricket , basketball ,volleyball ,badminton and shooting.
It has various college clubs and societies for extra- curricular and student interaction. teachers are also involved in these clubs and they are very helpful.

Dislikes

Not much active training and placement cell. No internship opportunities given and teaching is based upon old textbook method and no real life industrial experience is provided.
students are not willing to attend classes much and most of the students are found in canteen or outside college in their cars,
Elections are given more importance than studies and these elections spoil the environment of the college.

Placement Experience:

We do have a training and placement cell which is run mostly run by both students and teachers. Students with good percentile can sit for placements and can get place into companies which are mostly from BPO and sales background. Students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th semester. Companies which have came in our college in 2024-2025 are Sri ram insurance , Kotak insurance , Planet spark , De shaw , Zomato etc. Highest package offered is around 5 LPA and average package is around 1.5 LPA. I have planned to go for higher studies after my graduation, most probably I will be doing MBA.

I personally like all the things in my college, there is a proper facility and the cars are also very cooperative. There is a proper parking facility and the teachers are also very friendly and their teachers is very kindly and calmly.

Dislikes

There are no such things that I dislike about the Is very great

Course Curriculum Overview:

in terms of relevance. I must say that college has planned it all very significantly and the college exams is also very moderate easy to moderate kind of exam. MST is conducted one month before the final examination.

My college why the best

Likes

Teaching way of teachers and there efforts
Staff to adresss the any sort of problems during payments or registration
Campus is good and everyone is helping here

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not at all good in classes
Washrooms are uncleaned and not taken care of sanitary pads for girls
Water tankers are also not of good condition

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum prepares me for practical word. In many ways as my course is bachelor of commerce with honors and it help me to perform business and accounting activities in the official jobs interview etc

The teaching staff there is very good, they really help you in whatever way they can . Provide extra lectures in case you miss anything
College is beautiful, it's very green and give good vibes ..
Tests are taken frequently so that students can remember whatever they are learning.

Dislikes

They have restrictions for the gate entry, you can't leave the college before 12:30 once entered.
The college's hostel food i.e message food is not good, not tasty.
No internship programme are provided to the students.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester that is 6th semester the placement drive is started. Every year 3-4 companies come to the college and 50% of the students are placed from the students who appeared in the drive. Decathlon came who gave the highest offer for 35000 per month. Profile they offer is analyst, client relation, assistant etc . I will now pursue my Post graduation

Every thing about PU USOL

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am a commerce student as well as I am doing CA so I selected to do BCom from USOL as it has fewer restrictions than regular college as discussed classes there were 7days classes in which important topics was covered by well-qualified educator and also USOL gives us the opportunity to give feedback on classes If we take about papers USOL students only give main semester paper there was not any practical or mst for Bcom internal assessment Mark are based on the mark of theory or main sem papers. And they also give notes to students for studies.

The best college in india

Entrance Preview:

My admissions was done on the basis of marks scored in 12 th standard. As I had scored 80 percent marks I got admission on merit basis, as the seats are limited to 250 approx. This college is the best college in the city its comes under Punjab university which is recognized in entire world. So I was determined to get admission in this college and luckily I got the admission.

Real And Raw

I have apllied for DU but delhi was far away from my hometown i didn't choose DU , for this college I have keen interest in sports and in militry and the great alumni have attracted me for this college. You have to fill a form after that you will get the notification through mail for physical councelling and completion of physical councelling you will get payment link of whole year fee on your mail id within a week and after that you are enrolled . Dav college 2025 real review

I thought that this college was better in infrastructure, faculty , campus life , students . But perhaps i was wrong about it . It is worse than other Colleges . Lacks basic facilities.i applied is sd college , didnt get admission because my cut off went off by 2 percent , later they just gave admissions through referrals which i didnt have . As DAV is ranked one of the best instituions in north region for Bcom degree.
