Remarks
In totality my college was good. I can't categorise it into excellent or outstanding one. Some area needs to be improved so that future students get benefitted out of change. More Focus should be on quality education rather infrastructure building.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum should be need of the hours i.e. that fullfills the need of society. but our syllabus was based on theoretical based on older era.so that's to be revamped. Exam was pen and paper based university level exam.
Placement Experience
Placements are not enough during my session. Very less companies visited. Mostly information technology related companies like TCS , Infosys type. For mechanical engineering there are not specific company placements as such.
College Events
During my time OJAS event was celebrated.this was a kind of annual Fest for all the students of our college and outside college as well. It has several segment like cultural sports technical paper presentation and all.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I think it was feasible compared to other engineering colleges in my state. There is facility of instalments for paying fee. No other charges was being taken by our college. So fee structure was affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I haven't availed any scholarship in my college. Some of my friends availed scholarship according to their income and category of family. And college supported students in availing scholarship. College made the difference.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities are organised at college level during teacher's Day, Engineer's Day Hindi diwas. Sports activities also organised. Inter college sports activities also conducted. Labs are good but not excellent.
Alumni/Alumna
We have not much big network of seniors due to lack of interaction during college days. Some senior are really helpful. They guided for coaching for competitive examination and placements as well. also
Admission
State level entrance exam conducted for engineering. Followed by online counseling which includes choice filling, locking of choices and submissions. After that allotment is done. Allotment is done in many rounds.
Faculty
Some faculties are good at their subjects but not all. Some faculties have Degrees but not have proper knowledge about their subjects. Their teaching methods are not suited to level of students. But some are good.
