The college management is very cooperative and listens to the problems and issues of the student and take immediate action to resolve them. We do not have to wait for much time in order to get the necessary inputs from them.

The coarse curriculum is adaptive and updated timely so as to reduce the skill gap between academics and industrial requirements. The department of ECE gives a lot of importance to research activities and has filed 85 patents for the social cause. The department has more than 756 research publications in reputed journals. The industrial sponsored labs of department give en edge to ECE students as compared to students of other universities.

The companies like sypress semiconductor, synopsis, Samsung, Wipro, KPIT electronics, CTS, Microsoft, google visit for campus placements. The first round is written test followed by group discussion and then technical and hr interview process. More than 80 percent students get placed from the TPP registered students.

The university holds events in every category like cultural, technical etc. The university holds departmental technical events related to each technical and non-technical departments. I am from ECE so I will explain from my department. There are many departmental groups like techno club, robotics club and mosaic club which engage the student in various activities.

The fee structure is justified by the facilities provided by the university. The well-euipped lab, classrooms with projectors, a huge library and other resources which are necessary for the growth of students. So it is not that expensive since other colleges charge more than 1 lakh per semester.

I have availed scholarship by taking CUSAT entrance exam and I got 20 percent discount on my academic fee.

The university has a very exciting campus life. There are extracurricular activities which keep students exciting and help them in rejuvenating themselves. We have annual sports meet every year and many students, including girls, take the healthy competition. We have a robotics club in the department and it is open 24 by 7.

The hostels are good and they are equipped with coolers and ac as per requirement. The rooms are spacious and there are no drug and fight issues in the hostel which make the atmosphere of hostel perfect to study and enjoy a healthy college life. Apart from these meals are good and they have variation also.

Yes, the alumni and senior students keep on guiding us time to time so that we can manage the time in order to do the studies at college and keep our efforts going for our goals. We do meet them on a regular basis and we discuss our problems and issues with them and they guide us in a very productive way.

I chose this course and university because of industry-oriented best curriculum offering flexible and choice-based learning approach with futuristic and globally compatible academics which includes core subjects as well as advance practical subjects. The department of ECE offers hand-on learning experience through state of art and industry-sponsored laboratories which includes Intel-IoT and Intelligent System lab, TExas instruments and True chip verification lab.

The department has experienced faculties from prestigious institutes. The department has more than 15 doctorate faculties and the rest of the faculty members are pursuing PhD. The age of faculty members varies between 35 to 45. The faculty members have expertise in various fields like wireless and mobile communication, VLSI, Wireless sensor network, Machine learning etc. Expertise talks are held on regualar basis.
