Course Curriculum Overview
Here, at Chandigarh University the centre of attraction of the students is the manner of curriculum designing. The curriculum and semester syllabi is based on the reviews given by the alumni after being placed in various big firms, industries and companies.
Placement Experience
Chandigarh University is also known as the university with the best placements. It had also recorded its name in the LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS, for most no. of companies visiting any campus for placements.
College Events
The university organises numerous co-curricular activities and events for the refreshment of the students. These events includes Tashan Nites, various movie promotions, Hackathons, EDMs and DJ nights etc. Hence we can say that along with the studies, University takes care of the students in all ways.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For our B.E.Biotechnology degree the fee structure is Rs.80,000 per semester that is Rs.1,60,000 per anum. The fees can be submitted in any of the compatible manners to the university which includes either cash, cheque, online, RTGS, NEFT etc. There are no additional charges for securing admission it's just the fees taken for the admission form.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university provides scholarships to the students. It is known as the CUSAT or the Chandigarh University Scholarship Admission Test.
Campus Life
Campus life is just amazing at Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is the University where exists diverse cultures. It is also a prefered destination to numerous foreign students. The students gets huge opportunities to expand their thinking capabilities and explore new cultures.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided by the university is highly advanced and anyways maintained by the responsible staff. There are numerous hostels alloted for boys and girls distinctly. In a room there are facility to occupy 4-5 students depending upon the capacity of the room.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network here is just attractive. The alumni, once after getting placed in various big firms, industries, and companies helps the university in various ways. Majority of which is helping in the curriculum designing.
Admission
Chandigarh University is the better option in front of me for opting B.E. Biotechnology course amongst all other choices present. It is also recently accredited by NAAC grade A+. I opt for this course as I’m highly influenced and attracted by the field of Biotechnology.
Faculty
All the faculty members here are highly qualified and helpful. Here, all the faculty members have adopted student centric methodologies for the process of teaching. Moreover the faculty members uses all the possible modern day technologies for teaching the students.
