Course Curriculum Overview

I think it's a very nice course our college provides maximum jobs and calls on the best companies around we have specified labs for every division and our main centre of attraction is our apple lab which helps us to increase knowledge in iOS development. Exam structure is tough and they take 2 mid sems per semester to help students complete their course with ease.

Placement Experience

Training & Placement Cell at Silver Oak Group of Institutes (SOGI) provides full training & placement assistance to its students in all areas of professional education. It consists of a dedicated and well-experienced placement team who constantly explores new avenues of Industry Institute Interaction & Linkages across all the sectors of industry. Top recruiters of the cell which frequently visit the college campus on each consecutive year are such as TCS, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Indian Oil, IBM, Reliance Jio Infocomm, Byju’s, TATA Motors, Tech Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Capital First, Amazon.com, and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is extremely affordable and feasible, I feel. It's very economical. The fees are Rs 78,000 per annum which makes it to Rs 312,000 on a total for a period of four years which is not very expensive.

Campus Life

The institute arranges the conduction of various seminars and workshops on numerous topics for giving the preparatory sessions to the job oriented students via various means such as soft skills, personality development & group discussion sessions, mock-interview drills, pre-placement interactions and many more. The institute has a good network of sports facilities too.

Hostel Facilities

There are accommodation facilities in the shape of hostels for both boys and girl students at the campus premises with cheap and affordable prices consisting of all kinds of modern amenities and facilities such as 24x7 wi-fi facility, free electricity for Non-AC Rooms, room cleaning facilities, CCTV Surveillance, storage facility, free laundry and RO water services including all three time meals, experience warden and security guard for girls hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

I am in touch with many of my seniors placed in Europe, Dubai, and Canada. The seniors are very well-groomed and speak fluently. They always remain ideal seniors and so did our whole batch with our juniors. Overall it is a very fun-filled relationship.

Admission

I got admission into this college through my JEE score. The college takes in students on the basis of their performance in the JEE MAIN entrance exam. I scored 73 in JEE and could manage to get admitted into this college.

Faculty

Very professional and most importantly Stable. I had got to know from some of my friends that faculty used to get replaced very regularly in their institutes but here the faculty remains permanent and that creates a strong bond with each other.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
