The main aim of the college is to provide 100% career success to all the students who educate there and provide them with good placement and job opportunity when they leave the campus. The college follows a well-structured program. It is for sure that every student who leaves the college get a wide knowledge in their particular stream of courses.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are various departments available in the college for every student to select based on their interest. The different departments available in the college are Electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Science engineering. Every department follows the same exam structure where final exam is conducted every semester. The final semester is conducted under the Anna university. Question papers and Exam results are being published by the Anna university.
Placement Experience
VSB college of engineering technical campus has a well maintained placement system. It has a separate placement department to help the students get a good job. This placement department of the college undertakes many activities to achieve the desired results and set targets. It conducts Pre-Placement Test in each and every department which contains the rounds of Aptitude, Technical, Group Discussion and Mock Interview. These are mostly given to students in the final year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee in the VSB college of engineering technical campus is feasible. It is also very affordable to all students of every stage. Students who aim to obtain a good career are benefited through this. It is easy and possible for all students to pay it without any difficulty. Every student has to pay the fees in a year to year basis. Each year has two semester’s for about six months of each. The yearly payment of fees includes the fees for both the semesters. Every department follows the same fee structure.
Campus Life
VSB college of engineering technical campus in Coimbatore is known for its extracurricular activities. There are many such activities provided by the college to keep the students engage themselves in non-academic divisions also and not only to studies. The computer, mechanical and automotive labs in the college are very helpful for students to obtain physical experience. Sports grounds are available for buys to take part in sports activities. When the boys engage themselves in sports activities, girls actively take part in the college band group which also participates in many events.
Admission
For the admission in VSB college of engineering technical campus which is situated in Coimbatore the student can receive the application forms and prospectus either in person from the admission unit at the college office or from our group admission office at selected cities on payment of the prescribed fees. Upon verifying the student’s eligibility for the course applied every student will get their results. The student can choose any of the course he or she is interested in. Based on the marks scored in their higher secondary examination students will be screened and given admission in the college.
Faculty
Every department is run by the head of the department. This person is solely responsible for all the activities of the department. He / She will be a person highly graduated with doctorate in any field. There also many staff members allocated for each subject in the department. Every staff is very responsible and helpful to students in every way. The main aim of every faculty is to bring up bright future in the students career.
