Remarks

Our college is very good in every aspect. But it is heard that our professor and working staff are not regularly paid which has also caused a huge problem in 2017 as the teachers has done a hike

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In SCOE we get proper practical traning in electronics which I personally find helpful in understanding.also the teachers are Highly experienced. Our course is of total 4 years.the first year for all the branches is same means all the subjects are same for all branches in first year.but from second year our subjects changes as per our branches.we have total 10 subject in every year means 5 subject in 1 sem in which 3 are practical based. Several industrial visit are organised every semester based on students interested which also gives us the exposure to industry while studying

Placement Experience

3

Our college has one of the max no of placements in Pune, there are many companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture and many more mass recruiting company also many high package compay visit SCOE which recruit few students like Amazon, rafel aviation etc.almost 60 percent of total students gets placed through campus placement.also there are several student traning program conducted in every semester for students to face placment. College also provide few internship for students who are good in acedemics.

College Events

5

Our college conducts one of the greatest college event in Pune named sinhgad karandak which is organised by Sinhgad institutes.it has total gathering of aroung 15 thousand people.also a dj night is conducted last day of fest. Many famous djs are invited

Fee Structure And Facilities

The Annual fees of this course is 125000.It can only be paid by demand draft in favour of college.also an extra 1000 rs for exam fees to be paid every semestry. No,no additional fee is required to secure admission in college. Yes the college provide transparency in fee breakdown

Fees and Financial Aid

No I was not eligible for scholarship.only students who are resident of maharashtra are able to apply.the process of scholership is pretty simple.you just have to submit few documents at the time of Admission. Scholership is not provided to student in direct manner it's like if you are eligible you have to pay less amount of college fee. the fee for all the category are approximately as follows Open/gen:-125000 OBC:-75000 St:-50000 Sc:- 10000 or 15000

Campus Life

5

As the campus is located in hilly area it has best atmosphere. It has greenery everywhere.the gender ratio is unever in our college. The number of male are much more then female like in our class of 80 students there are only 25 females. There are few student councils whose heads are selected by election.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, hostel facility is available in campus. Walking distance from college. There are seperate hostel for 1st year students. To clear the hesitation of raging from parents and students mind although there is no such thing in our college.the first year hostels are pretty specious but not same for further hostels.each room is of 4 sharing which include bed mattress, pillow, table, chairand an seperate toilet and washroom in room.mess facility is also provided in hostel

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini of our college are widely spread in world. Also many of them are on top position in top companies. Many alumini reunites during alumini meet conducted every year. They are really helpful as they have their network across the market. The seniors are also responsible and helpful.

Admission

I wanted to take admission in cs or it branch but as per my score in jee I got entc branch, which is also pretty nice and much interesting,so as I wanted to do engineering as most of Indian do I joined a coaching for jee exam which is 'joint enterence exam' which uses to be conducted by cbse back in 2018 but now it is conducted by NTA 'national testing agency' as to conductor is changed the exam pattern is also changed.back in our time we have to clear JEE mains followed by jee advanced to get admission in IIT. The JEE mains exam is of three hrs of 60 MCQ question.which have negative marking also like 4 marks for right answer and -1 mark for wrong answer.but now it has been changed it is now conducted in every 6 months and best of two exam score is considered.after passing jee mains the students are eligible for jee advanced.after clearing both you get Admission in IIT.if not you will land colleges like this this

Faculty

4

There are total 5 lecture of 1 hr and 1 practical of 2 hr conducted daily.saturday and Sunday are usually off.as I mentioned there are 5 subject in each semester in which 3 are practical based. All the lecturers of our college has persuade master's degree in their subject and usually many of them are phd, as they are heavily experienced lot of them age between 40-60 some of them are younger

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Companies started sending their placements form to college groups from starting of the 7th semester. For particular branches, particular companies visited. Many companies send their placement forms this year. But each selected a max of 2-3 candidates only. In the strength of 76, 15 got placed on campus this year. Remarks:

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
