Remarks

Good support to the principal and the academics.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The college mainly focuses on the academics of the students and their marks. It's not at all research-oriented. If someone who is really interested in making good knowledge and not focusing on the marks won't able to shine here. College allows for co-curricular activities only if you get a pass in your exams.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement is now the full risk of the students they don't much care for the job. Instead of that, they are spending more time building entrepreneurship in the student community. For that, they really worked hard. Some workshops we conducted. In terms of the internship is full of students own willing college won't give you any internship offers. They will allow going for an internship if you have permission to go.

College Events

3

Annual day, sports day, hostel day, graduation day, Pongal celebration has many memories to say. We students will wait for these days and rocks the college. These days we enjoyed ourselves a lot and organized some events. They bring the actors and social speakers to the college for these celebrations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My program fee was 40000 got a scholarship of 20000 for the first graduate in my family and another 20000 for my merit marks in my higher secondary. Payment modes are, by dd and by cash. We had additional fees that breakage amount and bus fee. The transparency level is good.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship because I got good marks in my higher secondary 89 %, which helps me to get the scholarship. And SC students have a special scholarship scheme in the college up to 70 thousand.

Campus Life

2.5

The gender ratio was more or less equal, we had several clubs there and had good experiences, we had an entrepreneur development cell that's the first preference in these days. With the society, they built good social impactful engineers. Nothing much in politics. The economic wise average maintained. There are no religious-based actions. But the college was very much strict on discipline.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel rooms were neat and clean in every room shared by 4 students. No problems in terms of hostel seats, it's always available. The quality of the food is below average. Other than that had good times in the gym and grounds. No PG options here. If you need you have to take rooms nearby the college campus or other places at your own risk.

Alumni/Alumna

In my seniors, the guys who got a job are very few, and that too their hard work with a combination of the college administration.

Admission

I got the admission with the help of anna university counseling, and I already registered for a merit scholarship in the college before the counseling. This is how I got the sheet here and my first day was 27 July 2015 if I'm not wrong. You need to register for the SC scholarship before going to the Anna university counseling, then only you can avail the scholarship.

Faculty

3

The number of lectures was around 11 to 12. Average qualifications are Master of Engineering. Two or three got their Ph.D. The subject expertise is less. When I started it's there good. But after one year all were moved to other colleges. And we had an average set of lectures.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
