Course Curriculum Overview

Calicut University exams. Courses structures are developed by university. The tutors teach according to the given syllabus given by the university, and the exam is conducted after every semester. And the results are published online through their website.

Placement Experience

There were atleast 10 to 12 lecturers in CSE and 20 lecturers from other departments.physical education gym teachers are there

College Events

Annual day, sports meet, symphosium, technothirst, paper presentation contests, technical paper presentations and seminars are arranged atleast once in 2 months.encourage students to take part in national level conference.i have presented nano technology white paper and won second prize in conference

Fee Structure And Facilities

33250 per year, books 5000,semester exam fees 3000 per semester.hostel fees will be seperate and food fees.it will be approxiamtely 10000 per semester.hostel is not mandatory.transportation fees will be around 3000 per semester and it depends on the distance travelled

Educational loans and scholarship availabnal based on religion and reservation.i have no option as i belong to forward caste.

Campus Life

Equal gender diversity in few departments girls count will be more than boys.mechanical department is an exception where number of boys are high and no girls strength. No ragging or racial or religious discrimination.staffs are courteous and take care of concerns of the students.

Hostel Facilities

No.i have not opted based on others experience hostel fees will be seperate and food fees.it will be approxiamtely 10000 per semester.hostel is not mandatory.food will ne served thrice and nice spacious rooms

Admission

Chemistry was the utmost priority of mine during school days. While going through best science colleges Delhi university was in top list and ramjas college was the one the best in chemistry. I got admission in 4th cut off list with 94.66 percentage in PCM and through open merit list I was admitted into the college

Faculty

Each department will have different count.one head of the department and 4 assistant professors and four to five lecturers in computer science department.in post graduation all are doctorate staffs.one principal and there is a trust of management team with a Dean and correspondent.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

The admission process is very easy. And admission process is very normal. There are two quotas are available in this college. This college is affiliated with anna university and AICTE. that the management quota and government quotas are available in this college. Government seats are filled by counting with considering of 12 th standard marks. Amd the management seats are filled by the college management and the selection process is also with cutoff marks. That the marks are based 12 th standard cutoff marks only for fresh students available for admission. Minimum marks for joining this course vary for every year.
