Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is three years and anyone with a keen for journalism and news will find this course very interesting. The electronic media course also covers various mediums for covering news and how to write articles for magazines and journals.
Placement Experience
The placement record is excellent and more than 300 students have been placed so far since the year 2007. Leading TV channels such as Zee TV, AajTak and many others recruit students from here. Many students also go on to become cinematographers and cameramen.
College Events
The college conducts various events for the students throughout the year. Conferences, debates and many other activities happen for the students. Rock shows and music events happen as well for the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fee is 3,70,000 and is not affordable by many. However, if being in media is your passion then this is the college to be. Compared to the facilities and the opportunities in the college, the fee is feasible.
Campus Life
The college has well-equipped labs for students to pursue their project work. There are many projects assigned to help students understand the subjects better. Also, there are many extra curricular activities like rock shows that happen often in the college.
Admission
The main criteria for admission is the entrance test. After the entrance test, there is a personal interview and a writing test. The final selection is done based on the entrance exam scores, interview scores and also 12th board exam results.
Faculty
The faculty in the college are very good . They have in-depth knowledge on the subjects they are teaching and some of them have experience in working for TV channels. Therefore, their hands-on experience is very helpful during learning.
