Remarks

It was updated, still runninv traditionaly and lack practicals.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course Curriculum was not much updated and nor it was research driven, it was relevant but outdated. It do cleared our basics and made aware of the technology but it failed to make us better professional who were ready to serve in outside world. As there was Lack of practical Training.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement Record was good of our college, there were many companies MNC who visited to our college and placed our seniors. There use to be a written Test and shortlisted candidates use to appear for Interview. There was almost 80% placement. but when it was our time to passout there was recession and placements came to dead end in our college.

College Events

3

Local Festivals, National Level Festivals, Freshers Party, Farewell Parties, Seminars, Annual Functions, Tech Fest. all were celebrated but the participation in Tech Fests was low and local. There was no National or International Exposures. Only cultural activities use to see high participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was very feasible. At that time there was only cash mode of fees payment at college office. There were other charges for outside visits and other facilties. There were Transport charges and dress charges for particular event. No there was never a breakdown shown to us of the fees, I dont think it was transparent.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I never opted for Scholarship. But there were use to be scholarships for the university Rank Holders and there were also some state sponsered scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Campus life was great, one of the best time of life in terms of exposure to the outside world. It was platform to learn to deal and see the outside world, there was lack of labs, sports events, there were few at local levels, competitions were also not par with latest tech.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No I never opted for Hostel as I had nearby residence in the city. My friends use to be there and we use to visit them. as the college was newly built there was no issue of the infrastructure, but there was lack of hygiene. There were enough rooms and there were no PG around nearby.

Alumni/Alumna

There was no network of alumni and senior students. It was not the work culture developed here, it lacked this touch.

Admission

Based on Entrance Exam Rank, merit list prepared and then interview was held I choose ECE as I was interested in future Technology. As it was best institute near my residence having affordable education. After appearing in counselling at the University Level and selecting the college interview was held in College and all the documents were submitted.

Faculty

2.5

Faculty of our college was enough to deal with our curriculum, majority of our lecturers were young and lack of experience, There were only few who were aged and had vast Experience, some of them not even had education expertise as per subject being taught by them.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
