Management was good. Faculty was best during 2013 not sure know.
Course Curriculum Overview
It’s wasn’t great but it was good since it’s a vtu syllabus. However the college had very good faculty to keep the students standard up. Lecturers were a bit lazy about research. Not sure how it is now. We had a complex project idea. But professors were smart enough to convince us the complexity and change our minds.
Placement Experience
No. I didn’t get through any placements. However companies like Infosys tcs tech genie have visited. The campus.
College Events
Sentia a grand college feat which will definitely have celebrities to come and perform. Then other inter college competitions and also sport events. Coding competition. Then hackathons and many other events such and musical night war of bands. Were teams from many other colleges come and compete etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible to expensive depending upon how you enter. Through entrance exam or through management. I paid 48k per year since I did not get any reservations to get into. However one of my friend who joined with reservations was paying 18k per year. And one more through management had paid 1. 25lack per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
No. I haven’t opted for any scholarships. However I have tried to get few govt level. But did not approve anyway.
Campus Life
Campus life was wonderful. Mite has a very good campus with free art surrounded from all the corners. There are hills around. Inside campus it’s extraordinarily built architecture with Bosch and other companies providing research materials. It was great to be here for engineering.
Hostel Facilities
No. I did not opt hostel since I was staying near by. It’s just 40 minutes In a bus to me to teach college. So there was never need of opting hostel facility. There were no raging in hostel since the many was very strict about it.
Alumni/Alumna
It is good however I haven’t enrolled much. They keep in touch tough. Regular emails regarding college events and other stuffs.
Admission
Got admitted via cet entrance test and had to go to 3rd round of councellation to get into this college I had to complete 3 rounds of counselling in order to get a seat here. And the same time college had expanded the capacity so it wasn’t difficult for me to get through.
Faculty
50% were good but rest were freshers. Or just at entry level lecturers but quite impressive ones. There were at least 5-6 professors 5-10 assistant professors and few junior lecturers. Lab faculty was good too. They were just passouts form eng. I liked the kind of faculty we had that time.
