Remarks
I have chosen this course because coding is my passion and CU is very good for pursuing the CSE course. Major companies recruit students from the CSE course.Placement is about 80% and also the teachers are quite supportive. The campus is pollution-free and nature-friendly. Events and fests are regularly organised on the campus. Also competitions are always arranged here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers in our college are good. Everyone is good in their respective field. Many of them are young, and they treat everyone as their friends. They are fully supportive unless you do something wrong. I like their teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant, and it keeps updating as per the needs of the industry every semester.

Placement Experience
About 80% of the students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in the previous year is 31.77 LPA. This year a third year student cracked Google internship with a salary package of 45 LPA or more. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, Wipro, Google, IBM, and almost every company visit our campus for placements. Students did an internship in companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, etc.
College Events
There are events and fests organised every now and then. Actors and Actresses visit our university quite often. Recently the crew of "Good News" visited our university including the actors and singers and even released a song here. Overall I would say if you want to enjoy your campus life, join Chandigarh University.
Fees and Financial Aid
On basis of JEE rank : Rank<50k : 75% scholarship on semester fees, Rank<75k : 50% scholarship and below 1 lakhs:20% scholarship. On basis of Boards percentage: 50% on percentage above 90 and 20% on percentage above 80. Sports quota students get 100% scholarship and there are many more scholarships that you can see by visiting CU's website.
Campus Life
There is a library in each block and a central library in block 1. One can get every book related to this stream and even can order for books. The infrastructure of our college is quite good. In the hostel and library, Wi-Fi facility is available. Though they say they put some limit on Wi-Fi facility, still we use Wi-Fi facility to the extreme.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are quite good with good mess food. I will suggest you take LC hostels since they are much spacious than other hostels. There are no restrictions for boys regarding time, but girls need to enter their hostel gates before 7 pm. There is free ambulance facility 24x7.
