Remarks

Decent program structure and a multidisciplinary curriculum were my main reasons. The added advantage of networking with a like minded community and spending 4 years at a serene campus as ours also played a major role.

Course Curriculum Overview

I've just finished my junior year, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering along with a minor in Design (Visual and Product Design). We have only a few computer science courses that provide us with industry exposure, but most of them are theoretical. SNU has amazing design course structure along with a great assistance.

Placement Experience

There have been 6 graduated batches since the University started. Since then the Career Development Cell here has worked ferociously to get companies on board for the student. Last year we had an average package of 7lakhs

College Events

We have an annual intra-fest and an annual inter-university fest here at SNU. We have a diverse culture here and the college clubs leave no stone unturned to keep the college students entertained throughout the year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for tech branches still need to be improved as many important courses are not taught due to lack of faculties. The college still lacks necessary required labs for many branches which can give students hands on experience and make them industry ready. The exam occours timely as mentioned in academic calendar and are moderately difficult.

students from 6th sem are elligible for the campus placements , very less tech companies visit in our campus that are also local companies offering 3 lpa apx package , non tech companies visit the campus more , offering upto 7 8 lpa , companies are Jaro education , geeksforgeeks ,HCLtech , superhouse etc etc, approx 15 16 students got selected by a company , the average package are offered are 4.5lpa and max according to be is 9 lpa , oncampus offer students are mainly placed through off campus at good package like 6lpa , 16 lpa , 20lpa , oncampus is maximus 7lpa apx 25% students are placed on campus 10 11% offcampus

Remarks:

Our college is developing so with the passage of time its facilities are increasing enormously. And more over our college is very good with supportive facalities and good classmates too. The one small bad thing for our college is that the transportation. Its some what poor.

1. i applied to many colleges in ncr, and i got into amity, jiit, jindal, ashoka. i chose this college as it is heavily focused on reasearch and is famous for its renowned teaching staff in my industry. 2. i did not get rejected by any private college i applied to in ncr. 3. eligibilty is 65% aggregate in class 12 boards. exams accepted are CUET, SNUSAT, SATs, JEE MAINS. exam most preferred is SNUSAT. cutoff is not usually released if a person is selected he/she gets an offer letter othewise they are rejected. overall admission experience was good....Read More

Everything about SNU NOIDA!

I applied to many other private colleges including mit,vit,srm and all. But i found snu better than those cause of many reasons: 1) student intake : while other pvt colleges takes thousands of students per course, snu only takes around 150. 2) facilities : snu really cares about facilities and hygiene. Living of life in snu campus feels very systematic. 3) location : in north, idts theres any other college with good packages as well as facilities. For cse avg package, its 12Lpa. Which is very good compared to other colleges. Admission process : for soe (school of engineering), there are ofcourse two ways 1) jee main (generally 92ile above for cse) and 2) snusat (cutoff isnt disclosed)....Read More
