Remarks

I choose Delhi University because it is central government University. Which take less fee of admission charge as compare to private colleges or universities. As government college it provides financial aid to OBC,SC ,ST And Minorities.

B.com(hons) from Deshbandhu no worth.Because the teachers are careless about the syllabus.Really I want to say some teacher don't know how to teach. For commerce students :- Not good Good for #Science students

In this college there is no placement cell,to get placement of job in any companies.Some students got opportunity but they get poor salary,they also don't to work for the job.so don't think about the placement from deshbandhu.

College Events

Campus life is not good for me .for other it could be good.I don't feel like College I feel same as school.extracurricular activities happen during fest and social fest.Most of students participate in the fest .

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't availed any scholarships or loan facility offered my college.I didn't need any scholarships or loan for my study,only they provide financial aids for those people which have financial problems.

Campus Life

Deshbandhu College library is good. There is no playground and neither park . WiFi sometimes work or not. In deshbandhu now 2 canteens.but new one is better .the building of College are not so well.only science block newly built.

Hostel Facilities

In this there is no hostel.but College committee thinking to build hostel for girls not for boys.the main purpose behind this ,the get more points in NIRF ,which is ranking of colleges.If the ranking of college increase then the government grants increase and more spends on renovation of buildings

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose b.Com because I am from a commerce background. It is an open college class held only on Sundays classrooms are good but washrooms are average. Teachers are experienced and well-educated. Exams are held on every 6 months semester wise you have to study hard to clear exams.
