The campus is good and well designed staff is good but in terms of teaching they are very poor.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is same as all indian btech university have all the basic part like data structure then java, c, cpp language then python and node js but do not teach properly it was just theory so you have to do all. You have to improve your skill and technichal knowledge.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good theere aroung 2500 conpanies come every year but to prepare your technichal skill on their own no bogy will teach you as up to your expectation and the knowledge that they give cant be able to pass the tech ichal round they just prepare for aptitude part.
College Events
Many events like frehsers party, basakhi and all other events are there many celebrities came in that and there is very good enviourment that achandigarh university provides so yes the events is very good and they also have techfest and CUFEST so yes.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is in between of feasible and expensive so i am currently doung be in cloud conputing and this is the extra certification provided by ibmbut the normal fees for betch is 70k but i am opting the btech plus cloud computing mine is 8. 5k also there are other course who do have less fess so its depend upon course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes they have the scolership the more you get marks they provide better scolarship but scolarship is differnt for differnt program.
Campus Life
They have all the kinds of labs and the ratio is good the lab have ac and good conputer installed and all that stuff that needed in engineering and other program but at last you have to do own your own like they will teach you very basic not that much.
Hostel Facilities
No I havent opted for the hostel I am a daysochlar but my friend lives in hostel and hostel fees is not that much expensive it is 70k annually and the food in the mess is quite good and tasty to eat.
Alumni/Alumna
The best part of this university is that it is ragging free campus no one have courage to do ragging becuase they just rusticate the student and also they listen to thir student but they dont listen when you want to change any teacher.
Admission
The campus is good and attractive and staff is also good they take care the student and thier advertisement is good and in chandigarh area it is best also himachal chandigarh mohali this is the best univserity if but there are also thappar and lpu which are more than changarh univeristy but the fee structure of thappar and lpu is very high.
Faculty
The nature of teacher was good but they are not that much capable to teach they do have only very basic knowledge though some teacher have very good knowledge but the count of that teacher is very less so yes student have to do all that styff by their own.
