Course Curriculum Overview
It is a Semester system & affiliated to Calicut University. The curriculum and the syllabus has been prepared by the university. Exposure to industry must be more to role a better professional with more confident. They would have been included internal working arrangements with companies for exposure more. It should be added in curriculum.
Placement Experience
No. Placement was poor at that time. Now some what OK. Now more people are getting offers in reputed companies
College Events
Now we are celebrating Thirty-fifth Anniversary of pass out. We had celebrated twenty fifth year celebration by honoring our faculty those who are alive. We also conduct enjoyment of our classmates as the Malayalam film " Classmates". The family too participated in the program.
Fee Structure And Facilities
feasible and cheap. Being the college in Government sector, all the expenses taking by the government. Only thing is that qualifying in rank list tough and difficult. Most of our classmates are well employed in India and outside India now. The brain drain should be reduced for bright India.
Fees and Financial Aid
Education Loan. Considering the score in Tenth and Plus II marks, the loan had been approved from the bank. They kept certain amount for such loans. It has to be re-payed after completion of study.
Campus Life
No robotic that days. IBM Computer became popular from 1984 onward. But the campus life was so colorful, we could not forget in life. All facility are provided by the college authorities to grow in cultural and sports activities. They are participating all the sports and cultural events.
Hostel Facilities
No. As the college is near by, I am travelling to college by Bus. I was staying with my family. The college hostel was good. The system was equal division among the students. It was monitored by the college staff who had given the charge and staying with the students. The student representative will be decide the menu.
Alumni/Alumna
Not Much. We afraid even to see them because of Ragging. That time it was considered that ragging is required to channelize the students. The teachers are also supporting for the activities. Hence Alumni wont help the students to grow much.
Admission
Merit List, The merit list had been prepared by Govt. of Kerala, Higher Education Department. From the list, The priority of rank of people had given choices of course including the college. Normally we prefer first Government Colleges and later Management colleges.
Faculty
Faculty is extra brilliant but some of them are lazy. All faculties are appointed by Government on merit basis and hence they are extra brilliant and efficient in their subjects. There should be some encouragement to teachers and that should be offered with proper gauge of the teacher.
