The whole year is a celebration when you're here, occasional outings and occasional parties are bound to take your mind off the compelling academic course.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible program fee. College will help with loan procedure. No additional cost for enrolling, but interview and cut off based. 50000 payment before first semester. Semester fees prior to the Beginning of every semester, and additional exam fee. Dual specialisation provided, triple certification too.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
I did not opt for any loan. The college doesn't provide scholarship on the fees. No rebate on the fees amount.

Equal gender percentage. Amazing industry exposure, outbound activities, students from across the country, cultural blend possible, and some of the best years are waiting here at INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES school of business studies.
Hostel Facilities
Yes. Very clean. No extra cost other than hostel fee. May opt for eating by self. Maid paid for. Very secure, and double sharing. Very close to the college campus. May contact faculties in case of an emergency in the middle of the night.

They are very helpful, and approachable. They're brilliant in their fields and are truly inspiring.
Admission
Sit for management entrance tests like cat, mat, car etc. With marks obtained, avail career counseling, where colleges are recommended in cities like Pune Bangalore Delhi etc. Choose according to location, faculty standards, and placement statistics. Bangalore and Pune are increasingly preferred locations for pgdm and MBA colleges.
Faculty
Classes are timed from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Very dedicated and experienced faculties, approachable, polite, always ready to clear your doubts, mostly examiners of the university. Very calm ambience, maintaining high standards when it comes to academics.

The placement process is divided into two parts one for the freshers and to those who have less than 2 years of experience and another one for those who have more than two years of experience. Companies like Flipkart, Amazon, HUL, ITC, Cognizant, Infosys, KPMG, Deloitte Visit the campus.

From semester 2nd you start getting an internship that contains PPO. But the actual placement starts coming from August that is the 3rd semester. The highest package this year went 24 lakhs per annum and was placed abroad.

Frankly talking about placements in our college, students in their final year are illegible for the campus placements. Big MNC companies like HCL, Infosys, TCS, Dmart, SHRIRAM Groups, Dell, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Jio, Just Dial, BYJU's, and much more company visit our college every academic year. The package offered by the companies to the freshers is near about 2.5 Lakh PA up to your performance-based in the selection or interview program & near about 60% of students get their placements in this company. I also want to join one of these MNC for polishing my academic skills which I learned during my education and getting knowledge and for growth opportunities for myself and the company which I join.

The student is provided with various summer internship which is to be applied in the third trimester. Every student should complete their internship of a minimum of 50 days. The students can participate in the final placement during the 2nd trimesters and Pumba provides one of the best placements. Last year in 2019 the highest package offered was 19 Lakhs and the average was 7-8 lakhs. Almost 80 percent of the batch gets placed during the last year and eventually, all of them get a job after graduation. Companies like Axis, HDFC, Kotak Mahindra, Bank of Scotland Citi Bank, IDB, Union Bank, Vijaya Bank, ACC Ltd., Cummins India, Engineers India Ltd, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. The KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research has a splendid placement record. A reputed business organization such as Marico limited, Nestle, Hindustan Unilever come here as regular recruiters. The average package is around 9.8 lacs per annum.

Placements for we school is considerably getting good year by year. The highest package is 20 lakhs and the average is around 9.5 lakh. Median package is 9 LPA. More and more companies participating in the final placement process and giving roles ranging from investment banking to sales and marketing.

PUMBA has shown a consistent 100% placement track record in previous years, and even in the COVID situation, many companies are coming on campus for placements. big brands like ICICI, HDFC, MRF, Colgate Palmolive etc have recruited from PUMBA this year. Average package ranges from 6.5 to 7 LPA approx. Try to be active in the college academics and activities and intercollege competitions on dare 2 compete, to make your resume strong. As long as you have good communication, good academic scores(60% throughout ) and right Attitude, getting placed is a no big deal at PUMBA.
Admission
For getting admission to this college, more than 50% in graduation was needed and I have scored 64% in my graduation. But actually, my admission was based on the BMAT entrance exam and then I applied online. Then, I attended the GD followed by the PI.

Our college has 100% placement. The placement cell in our college has ties with the corporate industries and invited companies like Amazon, Ernst & Young, Tata Motors, Accenture, HDFC Bank, Tata Technologies, etc. visited our college for placement.
Remarks
Over all, I would rate this as an above average college with very unique offering in the field of information technology. If IT is your interest, then this is the college for you.
