Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 2 year divided into four semester's. The exam is conducted at the end of every semester the written exam is of 60 marks amd the internal is of 40 marks. The exam structure and curriculum is intelligently designed and its fair it helps you to become great managers. The curriculum helps you to develop all round for the future.
Placement Experience
The placement are decent the college is more education Oriented the average placement are 90% this year. All type of company visit the college but the majority are marketing and sales companies the finance placement are not good. The recruitment process of both placement and internship depends on industry to industry the normal process are interview screening. the college prepare students for there placement they provide English language training, interview tips are also tought.
College Events
Kshitij cultural event is conducted every yaer, other event are ganpati fistival,durga pooja the events are big amd many students from different institutions participate in Kshitij event and win exciting prizes the kshijit event has many activities like dance, fashion show etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee of the college is 2lakh per year that is 4lakh for two year. The mode of payment is online as well as offline through NEFT. The college provide total transparency in fee- breakdown. No the college doesn't charge additional fees apart from the fees of the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
I did not opted for any loan. The College doesn't provide scholarship for the students. The loan is also not provided
Campus Life
The campus life is good and the gender ration is decent but the gender is dominated by men for the females. The students are from all over India but maximum students are from Maharashtra. The economic status of the students are of average families. There are different inter college sports events that are conducted every year. There is a IBM lab in the campus that is use to teach SAP and excel
Hostel Facilities
Yes i have opted for hostel there are two hostel provided by the college one is the Ferguson college hostel with annual fees of 36000 rupes. The rooms are on sharing basis with two beds the seats are few and is first come first serve basis. The maintainance of Ferguson hostel are horrible.The other hostel is the BMCC hostel with two options for double sharing the fees is 80000 and for triple sharing the fees is 60000. The facilities and the rooms are spacious amd clean.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is huge but the alumni engagement in the college is not good. the seniors in the college ae very helpful and help you. There is no such thing as ragging everyone lives in peace amd harmony.
Admission
I got admission in imdr through Mba-cet examination. I opted for the course because I want to become a hr manager. I chose this college because the return on investment i.e ROI is the best in Pune you are getting pgdm in 4lac only which is remarkable. secondly the rich and old heritage of DES society which dates back to 1880 and IMDR itself is the oldest b school in pune established in 1974. The admission process is very simple you have appeare for any of the Mba entrance examination. IMDR accepts CAT,ATMA,MBA CET,MAT. You must appaer for any of the above entrance examination. Apart from this IMDR conducts personal interview and group activity once you clear it you are selected for the course.
Faculty
The full time facility consist of eleven teachers and and a director majority of them are Phd holders and have done there Mba with good industry experience with excellent network in good industry the average age of the faculty is at least 40 years according to me. The facilities is good and have great knowledge and experience.

The intake and placement of college. The faculties are very knowledgeable and experienced. The facilities they provided and the most important thing they'll provide us many opportunities. Teachers are very friendly in nature. Seniors are very good in nature they'll treat us as their younger one's and support us.

Admission
Admission is on the basis of the MAH-CET entrance test which is a state-level entrance test. A merit list is released on the basis of the test scores. The cut-off was pretty low during my batch. Students who made it to the list are invited for the counseling process. The counseling process was very robust, especially in the interview round. But I finally got admission to the PGDM program. I opted for SIMSREE college because of its flexible fee structure and a decent return on investment.
Placement Experience
Placements are pretty decent, but the college is trying to improve corporate connections and placements. The average package in our college is around 4-5 LPA, which was not that bad. They do have a placement cell, whose role is to create job opportunities for the students. The placement cell has ties with numerous good companies like JPMC, Barclays, GEP, Yes Bank, CITI Group, CRISIL, ICICI Bank, etc.

Overall its an average college with average facilities. Not at all strict in terms of attendance only the students behaviour is noted for the scores which is to be displayed in the marksheets.

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.
