Remarks
I chose KLU because, the university is very disciplined, with good rules, and the hostel is very well facilitated. I am a hostler and a never felt homesick. The bad thing is, there is no security that we will be placed. Course Curriculum Overview
Computer science is my dream because I am interested in learning about all the upgraded versions of software and other technologies. Only in the computer science branch, there are 277 Professors and ass.professors. The teaching method is like not only oral teaching With projectors, in labs. There is nothing difficult to pass If we just concentrate a little bit We will get a pass mark.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the students go out on their own for internships, in their particular interested companies and work for 6 months. Some internships will be conducted in college and interview will be taken to give stipend. And those who are already placed get an internship From their particular company.
Placement Experience
For the 6th semester, the placements start. More than 50 companies attend including Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, etc 12lakhs is the highest, 2 and a half lakh is the lowest. 60 percent get placed My plan is to work in a company. Fees and Financial Aid
In 2015 the fee was 85000 per semester But now in 2020, it is 110000 per semester The hostel free was 100000 and now it is 125000 We have a very big and luxurious library with many facilities and a number of books So no need to pay for books. Students can apply for scholarships. I am placed but in a small company So I dint take that offer.
Campus Life
There are many clubs like vachas, gaana, dancing etc. I was in vachas - the speaking club, we Coordinated to many events like samyak, our annual fest , we're we call many other students from outer colleges, in our club we act as anchors and all. We have a number of sports, those who don't play sports also have to play in 3rd semester because it is a compulsory course and degree will be provided. We have many fests like femflare, samyak, and we have branch wise fests like zrothriya, yanthrik, etc As I already said we have an excellent library.
Hostel Facilities
We will be provided with a beeruva (big size shelf) A cot, fridge, oven, toaster, study table with a number of chairs, sofa, geyser.We have study halls, a big mess with a number of food varieties. Snacks are also different like Pav bhaji, noodles, puffs, biscuits, sweet, hot, coffee, tea, milk. Breakfast includes Idly every day with some other breakfast like puri, chapati, dosa, uthappam, vada, sambar idly (very famous).
