Remarks

admissions are base upon merit purpose only and there are not management seats or paid seats this impressed me first , also the job placements are good but the bad thing about college is that it has less area also the availability of grounds and lawns are very less . admission process is made by jee mains and 12 th board score . the main reason for preferring this college over other colleges is it has better placements and only merit based admissions also the NIRF ranking

Course Curriculum Overview

the main reason i choose this course is because i am interested in machines . the faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 all the faculty were ug or pg graduates with good academic record also the teaching methods were very good also the labs were well equipped . but there are some drawbacks in the teaching methods faculty must give their freedom to follow their own curriculum which might slightly change with the original . there are 3 term exams before the semester exam and the paper would be always in a creative manner challenging students the questions would be confusing

Placement Experience

from 6 semester we are eligible for campus placement . there are more than 100 companies who come for recruiting but mainly google, tcs , amazon , paypal , zoho etc . the max package is around 21 lakh per annum . the average salary is around 6 lakh per annum . around 90 % of people are placed last year. my plans after the degree is to enter into psu's

Fees and Financial Aid

initially the semester fee was around 65000 for the following years the semester fee would be hikes by 5 % every year the total cost of study would be around 7 lakhs for 4 year varying by batch . for SAP college gives 1000 USD and it bears the flight charges for students who are eligible

mainly there are 1 sports fest 1 technical fest and 1 cultural fest these 3 fests are celebrated in a large gathering . library is very large and there are more than 350 seating space at a time in one floor . there are many groups and clubs like technical ,cultural, dance , arts etc . there is a massive ground . football court , tennis court, basketball court , shuttle court , volleyball court indoor stadium etc

Hostel Facilities

hostel rooms are very clean and they provide various selection of rooms like single rrom , 2in 1 , 4 in 1 , 5 in 1 , 6 in 1 . the freshers hostel is different from seniors to prohibit ragging . people who are located more than 60 km of radius from the college are eligible for hostel and no meat is allowed in hostel the mess was of average taste and we need to pay mess fee around 3500 monthly

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it.
