Course Curriculum Overview

I just wanted to be a computer professional and the course has all the important topics to prepare myself for my goal. Microprocessor, Programming Languages, Computer Software, Mobile Communications, Database Management System, Cryptography, Mobile Communications and Network Security are some of the topics which are taught by the teachers.

Our campus interviews will be organized with reputed companies by the placement cell of the university to ensure jobs in the relevant industry. The college invited a huge number of Entreprises to offer jobs such as Infosys, IBM, Infotech, HCL, Reliance, Cognizant, Hyundai, Wipro.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are feasible as compare to another college in the city. The fees are structure is like that, you have to pay INR 52000 for per year and the hostel fees is around INR 30000. Apart from this, the college provides many other scholarships such as Government post-matric scholarship whose parent annual income should be less than 200000 and Govt. Special scholarship for Sc/St students Chief minister farmers children security scheme for needy students.

The college is very encouraging to promote sports activities for their students. The campus has very nice Indoor facilities for chess, carom, table tennis, volleyball and badminton and out-door facilities for volleyball, football, tennis, ball badminton. our college has a super qualified physical education teacher to train the students. Students sent for participating in the inter-college sports and games have won many trophies in various events.

Admission

The admission procedure is easy, any candidate who has passed 10+2 with the minimum marks of 50% from a recognized board or equivalent with a science background of compulsory subject Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. You can submit all your important documents at the admission counter and after verifying all your document, they will provide you with a confirmation letter.

Faculty

Faculty for all the existing courses is the best available in our college and committed to providing us with the highest quality of education. Especially Dr M.mahaboob beevi and Dr R.manickam who are very knowledgeable. The University is determined to give its students the highest quality of teaching and ensure their overall development and growth.

Likes

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The faculty were very much friendly and very knowledgeable in practical teaching
The Lab facilities is very good for the students to improve the coding knowledge.
The time they are providing to study for exams is nice

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Nothing much but have got some friends you fall into this pit exactl like me

Dislikes

Hostel , mess food and mess hall , no facilities for marine practical

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

Likes

Many extracurricular clubs are there like Im in the fashion parade one.
Air conditioning facilities is avalaible jn almost all lecture halls
College is near to the metro and electric train stations making it easy for travels

Dislikes

Continous tests makes us uninterested in the subject.
Monotonous way of talking inevitably leading to us sleeping in class
Boys and girls cum activities are less leading to less interactions

Course Curriculum Overview:

For my medical field i feel some subjects are unnecessary in my view point like the community medicines. I feel anatomy weightage should be more compared to buochemistrand physiology. I would like them to improve the chapters and remove chalters that are unnecessary so that we medical students can concentrate on whats inportant rather than studying everything and stuffing our brain.

The atmosphere is so clean, infrastructure is much better when compared to other pvt. Medical institutions
The teaching faculty are good and supportive the labs are well equipped
The college encourages many sports and celebrates all festivals

The college is very strict with the dress code
Could improve the food in hostel and canteen
Does not allow outing for first year girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement only after course completion. Almost all (90 to 95)% of the student can get placement in the institution. My plan after this degree is to apply my knowledge in an accredited medical laboratory and contribute to the health sector in my country.

The Best Place to Study MSc Medical Laboratory Technology

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course based on the content of the University curriculum which was strongly followed by the institution. All the departments follow the University syllabus both theory and practicals. The maximum number of students for the MSc course is 10 but we were 2 in my class and the faculties ( 10 faculties in Biochemistry, 12 faculties in Microbiology, 8 in Hematology and 6 in Pathology, 4 in Genetics (part of Hematology and Pathology) and 2 in Epidemiology and Biostatistics) as of our time in both theory and practicals. In addition, there are many laboratory postings where you learn even more. There were atleast 5 Professors, 9 Associate Professors/Assistant Professors, 7 PhDs that directly taught us. The University exams come on October 15th of each year, there are 3 Internal assessments and 1 model exam. If you go through the internal assessment and the model exam, the University exam will not be difficult for you.
