the course curriculum of this college is very carefully designed to suit the requirements of the industry and practical learning.also the study material can be accessed online too. we can study from the digital website of university named as EDUNXT too.

The placements around here are nice. the students are also trained on various things like soft skills and mock interview,to get selected in placements. also internships are provided to the students here too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the total fees of this college is around 85,000 for the 2 years. the facilities and opportunities given here are really great at this fees. i think it is very affordable. also scholarships are available for us.

Campus Life

many extracurricular activities occur around here ,like cultural celebrations for festivals like republic day, navratri etc. Also food fests and sports events are also celebrated here too and the college life is nice.

Admission

The admission in this college is given through the marks scored in CAT exam.not much marks are needed to get admission here, so this college is good for that. i had to fill the form online and then my application was selected.

Likes

Good environment, with the campus being beautiful.
Lots of activities, have taken part in many.
The seniors and teacher here are really friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

There are a lot of exams, with the college following the same old system followed by most engineering colleges.

Placement Experience:

I do not have much idea about this field. If I'm not wrong internships begin from 2nd to 3rd year itself, and placements from 4th year. The avergae package here is around 6 LPA, and the highest package offered is 56 LPA. That'll be all from side.

Faculties are well qualified and are good.

Small campus is what i dislike about the college
Infrastructure is not that good as compared with other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i have to talk about the curriculum then, overall its good. It covers all the aspect starting from very basics to the most advanced ones for both theory and practical. This course including the teachers prepares us (students) very well to face the real world applications or further academic pursuits. They emphasise more on practical based teaching then theory. If i have to give an example then its 3:7 ratio for a topic. Where 3 theory sessions and 7 practical sessions.

Remarks:

The positive side of this college is that it has good facilities and good infrastructure. The college also provides quality education. The negetive side is that the exams conducted by the university and even the sessionals are really difficult.

Placement scenario is quite good in our college. Since it is one of the newly established NITs. We've better companies coming on campus as compared to other NITs that were established alongside us.

In addition to Vinayaka mission university, I also applied for admission to Christian Medical College, Vellore. For the admission there was an entrance exam, a cut-off score also standardized for admission. After the entrance exam, based on the rank list I got admission to Vinayaka mission university, Salem. Candidates who have completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology with a minimum 50% mark can apply for admission.
