Course Curriculum Overview

The course of Btech is of the total duration of 4 years program which includes 8 semesters . The final exams are held on semester basis in every 6 months. Between the semesters , there are mid semesters, assignments and projects are assigned to us for a better understanding of the subject.

The training and placement cell of the college contributes their best to secure our future by developing a wide range of skill set in us , organizing seminars, workshops, conducting pre placement training and many more. Visit of the top companies in the campus are managed by placement cell. The top recruiting companies of the college are Wipro , RBS, L & T, HCL, Maxlife, Honeywell, Infosys, and various other more than 50+ companies visit our campus every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of the college is neither feasible nor so expensive. Comparing other private colleges , the fees of the institute seems to be somewhat feasible. For the Btech program the total college fees sums to around 1.05 lakh per year which is a maximum of 4.50 lakh for the whole duration of course.

Campus Life

A wide range of cultural and technical fests are organized by the institute in which students from various other colleges take part. We have the opportunity to take part in various competition which will contribute to the development of our skill set and personality. Sports activities and ornaments are held every year.

Admission

The admission to the Btech program is based on the merit marks scored in class 12 examination . For admission I have filled the online application available at the official website . The filled application form with attached attested documents has to be send with deposit fee and requisite fee .

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
