Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is in accordance with Kunnur University. Variety of courses are available. Exams are conducted 2 times a year for 2 different semesters. The computer labs and common library helped us research for projects.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement opportunities are highly available for students pursuing degree in science. Since I was pursuing M.A. in Economics, camous placement was not of much help to me. As long as I was there, I had no knowledge of internship opportunities inside our campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is quite affordable as compared to other colleges of the same level. For M.A. Economics, the fees for a year is around ?4,000. For M.Sc. Physics and M.Sc. Chemistry, the fees for a year is around ?5,200. In addition to the yearly fees, some amount is also to be contributed towards PTA Fund.

Fees and Financial Aid

Various scholarships are available to students if they need. Scholarships helped a lot of us during college. Some of the good scholarships are Higher Education Scholarship, Blind/PH Scholarship and DST-INSPIRE Scholarship. Registrations are available online. Loans are usually available for graduation courses from local and state banks.

Campus Life

All famous festivals are celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm. Since students from all cultures and parts of society study together under a room, it is necessary to give them a sense of recignition by celebrating all festivals. We also had Annual Sports and Function, Debates, Quizzes.

Admission

I had graduated from this college, with a B.A. Economics degree in my hand. I liked the curriculum and the faculty so much that I decided to get my Master's degree in this college and it was all worth it. Admission procedure is quite simple, actually, for Master's degree.

Faculty

4

The teachers in my college are very qualified and well aware of developments in their subjects. They used as simple techniques as they can to explain complicated parts to us. Audio-visual, projects, and class tests were used to give us more insight into the particular subject.

From the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. So many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Gst Global, etc. are visited for placements. These companies provide placement for all the branches of the college. 90 percent of the students get placements. I prefer to go for higher studies after getting the degree.
