Remarks

The colleges very fine with its work and it has evolved as well as nurtured the performing arts and culture for decades. The best part of the college its food the Chinese food the offer is so delicious and I have never experience such good food anywhere.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum includes practical workshops for Applied techniques of theatre, script analysis, design, characterization and implementation,stage production by each participant. The students will also experience the craft of the actor, designer,stage manager, production manager, and stage technician through workshops and teachers and professionals in various subjects.

Placement Experience

The college does not provide any placement but they provide many acting classes or director classes by the professionals of the industry exposure Tu to perform well and to develop their skills more. They can reflect these classes as an internship in their resume.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The selected students have to pay the fees before opening day of the theatre. The student has to pay rupees 37000 which I guess Is Not expenses at all stop the fees non refundable. The student will not be allowed to attend the course if they fail to pay the fees within prescribed time.

Campus Life

In every department the college organisers SRCPA festival. The college organises these festivals to continuously promote different genres of art and culture. The names of the festivals are Swami Haridas Tansen Sangeet Nritya Mahotsav, summer Theatre Festival, Shri Ram kavi sammelan.

Admission

The admission in this course is on the interview basis. The eligibility student to apply for this college is that the candidate must be of 22 years or above with relevant theatre experience. The application for the the admission is provided online as well as offline.

The mentors and the masters viscose are are Amal Allana, Rustom Bharucha, Keval Arora, Anuradha Kapoor, Anjana Rajan, Amba sanyal, Dadi pudumjee and many more like them. They all are professionals in there prospective disciplines.

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Final your students are eligible for the campus placement. Companies visited are HDFC Bank, Zomato, Swiggy, mahindra,EY, Deloitte and others. Highest package was around 30 lacs per annum and the average package is around 4 lakhs. Job profiles were mostly business analyst, research and development, PR and others. I will prepare for civil services examinations after clearing my graduation.

Placement Experience:

Student set in the placement from 5th semester where where is companies visited college for the campus placement such as KPMG, Zomato Deloitte, etc and number of offers made were not explicitly disclosed by the college and highest package was 25 lakhs and average package was 4 lakhs and profile offered were finance, marketing, etc around 70% students placed from my college and my plans after the graduation is to pursue PHD.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
