Radha Govind University Ramgarh, B.Tech

Reviewed on Jun 16, 2020

Course Curriculum Overview

Radha Govind University is an AICTE approved university and thus all course curriculum designed by this university follow scientific approach to design its course.A 4 year B.Tech program is divided equally into 8 semesters with both written and practical examinations conducted at the end of each semester

Placement Experience

3.5

Since Radha Govind University has recently started its journey in the year 2018, we cannot project any placement record for this university. But the university is taking every possible initiative to groom students to be job ready coupled with the design of course curriculum which is industry specific. This year the university arranged for industrial training in big corporate for its students

Fee Structure And Facilities

You have to pay Rs 3.03 FOR A 4 YEAR B.TECH PROGRAMME FROM THIS UNIVERSITY WHICH I BELIEVE IS AT PAR WITH PREVAILING MARKET STANDARDS.BESIDES THE UNIVERSITY OFFERS LOAN FACILITY TO STUDENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY THEIR COURSE FEE AT ONE GO

Campus Life

Radha Govind University has well equipped library with spacious reading room, computer laboratory with latest models of computer having 24/7 Internet facility and WIFI connectivity. The university have big playgrounds having separate basketball courts, lawn tennis court, cricket practice arena etc

Admission

Admission in Radha Govind University is purely based on merit. An aspirant willing to join a 4 year B.Tech course from this university needs to apply online through the university? website. For applying for the above course an applicant must have cleared 10+2 with physics, chemistry, maths and must be having 70% aggregate marks. After screening of online applications, students are admitted based on merit

Faculty

3.5

Radha Govind University started its journey in the year 2018 with a team of dedicated and hardworking faculty who are highly qualified as well as have sufficient years of experience in the academic field.Besides most of the faculties have an acumen to help students in preparing for job interviews as well as pursuing higher studies

Good for BCA without any tension and issues all things on time.

Likes

The college organizes great cultural events like the Navotsav fest during Durga Puja and the Roshni event for Diwali.
The faculty members are genuinely approachable, friendly by nature, and always ready to help students with their academic problems.
The campus infrastructure is quite good and provides a very decent environment for students to study and hang out.

Dislikes

The curriculum focuses a bit too much on theory; the college needs to prioritize providing more practical, industry-relevant knowledge.

Placement Experience:

To be honest, campus placements are quite low, and I don't think we can easily get placed directly from the college. Barely 40% of the students (or even fewer) get placed through the campus drives. However, if students practice coding and upskill on their own, they can secure off-campus placements by their second year. Because of the limited BCA placements, my personal plan is to pursue an MCA degree right after graduation.

The college environment is very calm and greenery all where.

Dislikes

Very short Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is all about learning and exploring . Only choose this profession when you have a will to help others otherwise it would be a difficult course for you. The passing marks of examination is 50 and for that you need to study hard.

college have great environment good facilities needed as per requirements ,college also have good spacious hostels and we can say better food comparing to what i heard from friends of different colleges ,the evening time is soothing and relaxing
a great senior junior interaction culture and memorable friendships letting you forget the world outside the campus, every festivals are celebrated with joy and fun ,from leaving a family to moving to another one you would love.
some of lectures are quite boring but some will amaze you with visionary thoughts ,every faculty will guide you if they see you lagging behind the course ,some extra sessions are also conducted, introducing new fields to think out of the box

Dislikes

things which i wish might get some improvements are sports facilities big grounds for sports activities students encouragement towards co-curricular activitiy, co-curricular activities get more support to come out with glorious and imagining skills.
fests do contain fun but due to time constraints before fests planning of amazing activities becomes difficult thus leading same things going on repeating, absence of good team leaders leading activities plays major role in activity failure and bored
night out time is a small problem, the area close to college is developing hence not having nearby much places for fun and chillouts spending your free time relaxing.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is average as during 2023-24 it was recession period all over the colleges are facing placements lags but still college students managed to achieve 22 lakhs+ off campus as well as 16 lakhs on campus placement. The college reached his highest placement of 51 lakh during 2023 ,the average package is 5-6 lakh and the placements percentage are 85 percent for cse students, the students completing 7th semester are eligible for on campus placement drive as well as off campus, some of the prominent companies visited are Microsoft, cognizant, samsung, byjus, infosys and 50 more.I will prepare for gate and after that i will try to get on and off campus placements which i will find better accept the offer.
